Bought a brand new rock hopper from they they tuned it up at no cost .. and they tuned up my 1945 bicycle which rides like a champ .. they do great work and are helpful .. I get my lights from them as well and grips and other cycling gear

I absolutely love this place I bought a used bike there that was barely used the salesman said but it turned out it had a bad back rim and axle I explained the problem to the man he took it in shop fixed it about 30 minutes at no charge as it was still within it's warranty absolutely love these guys they stand by what they sell that's hard to find anymore,and I bought new tires and they were incredibly difficult to get on the rim's. I thought that the Schwinn Store would have a lot more luck with them than I did, they didn't. It turns out that the tires were junk they replace the tires and the inner tubes and the labor to do it all free of charge because I bought the tires from them these guys are absolutely hands down the best if I can't fix it myself they can they are the best I cannot say that enough absolutely love these guys

Great service as well as staff! The people there are very knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased my first road bike a out a year ago and the experience was fantastic. I've since been back as often as my wallet will allow. LolI would recommend them to anyone looking for parts, service or a new bike. From novice to pro they have you covered!

Absolutely tremendous place! Friendly, professional and QUICK service.Had a blowout while biking Presque Isle. Called them ...they said bring it in.Within 8 minutes of arriving-PROBLEM FIXED! YEUH!Much appreciation.

I can easily tell you I will never go anywhere else for a bike, the service, the staff and most importantly the feel you get going into John Adams makes this sport so much better. You know that you have knowledgeable well rounded and hard working staff who will back you and help you with whatever you may need, they've taken the service out of bike service and they are so human with you, you aren't a customer to them you're a family member and they don't care how long or how far they have to go to make sure you're completely satisfied, they will do it. I'm so thankful that I know I have such an amazing local bike shop like them. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or Lance Armstrong you're going to be treated with the up most respect. I have always had a great experience at John Adams cycling. Me and my wife both purchased our bicycles from there. Always has a great selection of parts and bicycles at a fair price. Customer service is top notch. Shop there and you won't be disappointed.

Awesome little shop! Stopped in for road bike stuff. They carry Specialized stuff so if you're into that, you're in luck. Staff was super nice and gave me lots of info on where to ride in the local area. Highly recommend this store!

The staff are beyond exceptional. They are patient with you and very knowledgeable about fixing and repairing bikes. I had a small repair needed on my bike because I lost a bolt that held the tire onto my bike. They found the part and fixed my bike in 5 minutes, then charged me $1 for the entire service. There is a reason they are basically 5 stars average for reviews. Quite impressed.

Wonderful shop. Will definitely visit again when I’m in town. Talked with the owner a bit and he was very lovely. They were able to help me quickly and charged me a fair price. 100/10 would and will visit again.

We went in looking for bikes for our two children. We knew it was a long shot because the size we need is sold out everywhere. But they took their time to talk to us about the proper size the kids needed, the difference between sizes from a box store and a bike store, as well as the different types of bikes availability for kids. Knowing that they couldn't sell us a bike that day - or even anytime soon because they were on backorder for so long - but still took the time to explain everything to us was very helpful and appreciative.
