Unmatched customer service. The manager really cares and it shows. She got me a replacement pair of sunglasses when it was determined that the frame had a manufacturing defect and could not be fixed.

Closes anywhere between 3pm and 5pm on weekends, whatever the employee at the time feels like.We showed through the locked door the the closing hour, 5pm, and the employee just shrugged and walked away. Horrible service.

Very bad service. They did not reserve our glass although they gave us a paper at 23 of September 2019 at 2.00 pm.Prices are expensive to the double please take care.The same glass exact from New Look much more cheaper!

Tiffany, who works at the store at Quartier DIX30, provided excellent service, and was cordial and knowledgable. We felt no pressure to buy, which is why we did buy there.

I needed to buy a sunglasses and when I arrived at the store I saw a message at the door saying it would be open at 1:30, I waited until 2:00pm and nobody opened the store! So disappointed! No respect to their customers!
