Beautiful suite. Wonderful amenities. Love our underground heated garage. I know my husband and I will be very happy here. Office staff are wonderful too.

From our experience: The first month or so living here was great! Then we started noticing a few things.. Cosmetically the apartments are nice- big balconies, new appliances, clean look, but cheaply built. The underground parking is a plus, although the garage door leading into it seems to break at least once a week, stranding you in or out with your car for at least a few hours. The outside of the windows did not get cleaned once during our lease. Staff can be very hard to get ahold of or they just don’t answer.. Definitely would not recommend Boardwalk communities to anyone after our time there.

Great place to live but not easy to give directions to as it is behind an older apartment complex. This building is now 4-5 years old so somethings are starting to need repairs but they do get done fairly quickly. The outside windows have never been cleaned and really need to be done since they have been in the building for 5 years.

Beautiful apartment, friendly residents, great location and view and was extremely clean on move in. The staff I've met are very friendly, helpful and always have a wave (I'm sure a smile too under the masks)!

Very clean apartment. Great surrounding area as well. All the employees are great to work and deal with! Would for sure recommend to friends and family looking for an apartment in Regina!

Dealing with Laila in the leasing office at Pines has been an absolute pleasure. She is quick, efficient and answers concerns right away. I was a previous tenant moving back to the location and this has been a seamless process. She is great with her customers, attentive to their questions and needs, and just an overall wonderful and pleasant person. I appreciate everything she has done thus far.

Such a beautiful place to live. Apartments are gorgeous, surrounding area is awesome, with the walking path and creek. Sherri was an absolute star and made each transition so very smooth. Sad to leave but made my first home so memorable.

I have lived at The Pines for one year . It has been a pleasure living here . Always someone working on the grounds and the building . The building is so clean and kept up ! All the staff so pleasant and helpful !My suite is lovely with beautiful finishes !I am sad to leave !

Location is great, but if you need maintenance for anything it’s an absolute joke. Was without air conditioning for over a month, heat didn’t work for a couple days in the fall, leak in the roof lead to water damage. Water damage took over 5 weeks to get “fixed”, and all they did was paint over it instead of replacing the drywall. Very poor customer service, nobody has the ability to follow up with maintenance requests. Elevators and hallways are almost never cleaned. Burnt out lightbulbs in hallways take months to be replaced. Underground parking is nice, when the garage door actually works (at least once a month it’s broken). Pot holes (some over a foot wide) take months to have them filled in. Landscaping/lawn care is terrible, weeds everywhere. When I first moved in the place was a mess (“cleaning” staff are a joke), air conditioner full of mold. If they offer an incentive for signing a lease they will do whatever they can to rip you off the following years if you wish to renew.
