It’s a typical A&W. Know going in it is a fast food joint. Staff was polite, but the drive through was incredibly slow. Additionally the drive through sucks for anything larger then an SUV.

Papa burgers do not come with cheese unless you order a papa with cheese. And blaming your new employee for the extremely slow service when he was working hard on drive threw and the manager was helping me inside and one cook. You need one more employee at least that was aweful

It's okay. Nice with a root beer instead of a coke. Would be nice to see my order, rather then previous customers order. But hey, it might be good for inspiration (or spending more money). Staff medium nice. Vegetables crunchy!

Didn’t expect much here, but actually everything came out sooooo fresh and yummy. I don’t what you’re doing here, but keep doing it! :) also, the ladies working here are so nice and friendly. Gave my little brother a lollipop and was always smiling. Thanks guys!!

I hope someone important sees this because I just had the best A&W I’ve ever had tonight and they deserve a pat on the back. Staff was friendly, fast and everything was cooked to perfection, despite being busy at 6 pm. Well done sweet potatoes were ACTUALLY crispy and perfectly seasoned, mozzarella burger was killer and the chicken buddy burger was hot, crispy and delicious. Big genuine smiles from everyone, they obviously have a great team here!

Worst experience I've had at an a&w. The cooks had absolutely zero sense of urgency and were only working one order at a time, leaving us waiting for almost half an hour during our trip. Fast food means fast. I could have gotten my food faster in a regular sit in restaurant. Everyone was waiting, not just me and the servers couldn't have cared less. Better time management is needed. If you can't cook more than one fast food item at a time you shouldn't be working in food at all. By the time I got my food it had been rushed so my toast was literally bread and I have raw eggs on my plate.

Got a bacon and egger this morning and the egg in it was bad. The yoke was black and it smelled horrible. Absolutely disgusting!

Food was better than what i expected but it was slow service took 10 min to get breakfast . only person in the store.
