I purchased two beautiful sandals from them and I'm still in love with them. Honestly, super impressed with the comfort and quality of the material used! They have a lot of stylish clothing in store that I don't find in many stores. I will definitely be back for more!

OMG, today I had the worst experience with an employee while shopping. I walked into the store hopping to find something for my mother and my daughter’s prom. When I entered the store I was greeted by a nice gentleman, but once I walked down the Isle I noticed there was a sign that said “don’t open the door, ask for assistance” on a glass cabinet, so I asked the lady who worked there for assistance, but before I said a word she was already giving me a smirky look and rolled her eyes at me. I felt uncomfortable and that she was racist towards me for I am asian. I saw a beautiful high heel shoe and asked if I could take a picture to send to my daughter to see if she would like it, she said “okay”. Before I could take the picture, the lady asked me what shoe size I was looking for and I replied with 5 1/2 and she said “ I don’t think we have that size and proceeded to literally snatch the shoe from my hands. I respectfully asked “can I just have a quick snap still, I just Show her thestyle”. She proceeded to look at me with a smirky face again. She replied with “um eh u know but we don’t have ur size” So l just walked out of the store due to the fact that she was so rude.What kind of customer service isthat? Yes, my purpose of coming in is looking for heels, but that doesn't mean I won't buy anything else. Her facial expressions made me not want to shop there.Response of what they responded:I completely understand the concern for your employee’s well being, however i do not think this is an appropriate reaction. I was simply sharing my personal experience while being a customer at the boutique. The customer service was not at all welcoming nor comforting. You stated that it is within your store policy that pictures are not permitted, despite this i asked the employee who was helping me if it was possible and i was told it would be alright. (I didn’t see any signs stated that & the salesperson didn’t even recommended that I could check the photo on any social media, TBH I went to your website & social media pages before I stepped foot into ur store, they didn’t help) The snarky looks can be overlooked however i do not see it appropriate to aggressively remove an item from a customers hand. (because the strength that she gave me made me auto check if my hands & arms were scratched by her) An apology is not required towards EYE ON FASHION BOUTIQUE, instead you should improve your customer service and avoid another unhappy and disregarded customer.

My mom and I used to visit the store. It did sell beautiful import/European fashion and we did not mind the somewhat snobby looks that the cashiers gave us now and then. (They were VERY nice to what I assume are regular customers, though.) I might add the price of the garments were * somewhat * inflated- but no matter, you pay for what you get, and Eye on Fashion does offer the taste of the exotic/the European that we crave so much here.They opened an outlet some years ago. Which was cool. What was NOT COOL was how the cashier pulled my Mom and I aside one day, while we were at the outlet, and lectured us on window shopping. She said:You come here all the time and buy nothing. Nothing! You can't even walk out with a $10 shirt. Does nothing satisfy you? If you don't want to shop here

This store is amazing. The previous review is not describing the store in Richmond Hill, because the owners are the cashiers and sales and stylists. I never leave without buying something, often things the owner suggested I try on for my body type. She knows her stuff and bends over backwards with every customer. I try on at least 30 things each time I am there, and leave with anywhere from 1-3 pieces. The owners are generous with their time and advise, and never complain. I now drive almost an hour and a half to shop here once a season to get unique pieces for my closet. People often stop me on the street to ask where I bought my clothes or bags. This is the store for unique and beautiful pieces at a fair price. You will not regret the drive!
