We appreciated the expertise Cafe Music offered us. In the search for a guitar, followed by a search sometime later for drums, we weren't sure what to focus on. Cafe Music presented options along with their recommendation for our needs. We had done some of our own checking previously, but quickly realized that their recommendation was spot on for our needs. Great expertise, and easy and friendly communication. Thank you so much!

Oct 8, 2020Great staff. Was recommended the Sweet Brie panini and was not disappointed. Squash soup and a hot coffee completed a very tasty lunch. A definite return visit is necessary.

Atmosphere was fantastic! Service was friendly! Cold drinks were great! Hot drinks and food, however, were not that great.

Very over priced for amateur instructors, and the cost went up every year. This business is poorly run. Save yourself some money and get a higher quality instructor by going for private lessons or to a more reputable school.

Super clean, modern and cute. So excited to have a coffee shop near by that I can walk to. Enjoyed their pumpkin spice latte. Staff are friendly. Not super busy, which is nice during Covid :) Happy to support local.

Fav study spot, highly recommend if you're in the area. They also use greenware biodegadable cups and straws which is an added bonus!

I thought choosing a facility over an individual out of a home would reduce possibilities of Drama - was I ever wrong.My son started his Monday lessons in September - all seemed great; lovely environment, great piano teacher, etc.October comes around with Thanksgiving as a holiday, followed by his teacher being sick, and then Halloween. 3 lessons missed. As per the contract; we discussed rescheduling - no problem. Sadly, there was no time that worked for both schedules, eventually the instructor said a refund would be best as holiday season gets incredibly busy.During this time, I ensured I kept their manager at the time in the loop to reduce any chances of confusion or over payment on my part… no response. I emailed for 3 weeks, my last one stating cancellation as they are not responding. FINALLY I received a response saying she quit. No worries, I understand things happen. Stay positive and Support Local, right?I forwarded the chain of emails to the official business email asking for a refund to be issued as I had just been charged for the next month directly from my credit card. After emailing 2 times with the subject line stating XXXX- FRUSTRATED CLIENT, I received a response saying finance would refund. After a week, I followed up, no response. Another week, no response. During this time, the piano teacher has called in sick more times - I get it, no worries. As we cannot reschedule though, he agreed full refund. Again, I follow up with the official business email. Instead of doing what they said, they ask me if I ever tried to rescheduled. I say yes, and they can find all details in my forwarded chain of emails below.It’s Monday, I’ve followed up yet again with Forte, and received a deceiving response. Then, receive a mass email from my sons instructor stating he’s resigned and apologizes as he’s learned the business had not reached out to any of us to reschedule or notify us of his change. He then adds he is leaving as it is not being managed properly - makes sense why no responds my emails, right? Lastly, in that email he added the owners contact information.As I understand times can be tough and genuinely want to support local and help a business thrive, I reach out to her. I state I’d like to keep my business with them, however, as stated in the chains below, I am no beyond concerned and believe cancellation would be best unless the matter is handled in a timely fashion…. No response.After numerous calls, even more emails - I’ve resorted to the bank for help and cancel all further payments. Such a shame that basic communication could not be met. I hope the other parents aren’t facing these problems too.

My son took piano there and my daughter took musical theatre and they loved it!The teachers worked well with our children and our children were always happy to go to class.The only reason we left Cafe Music was due to our kids' school offering private lessons, that means I don't have to travel to take them to lessons as it's done during school hours. If that stopped, we would go right back to Cafe Music.I would highly recommend Cafe Music. They are fairly priced as I've researched it. Plus, they had the best price on 3/4 guitars (ones for the smaller kids). The guitar price was fair plus it came with a case and a music book. The guitar has a beautiful sound too. We even could pick out the color we wanted!Great owners, they really do care!

Great little coffee shop - great atmosphere cozy interior with outdoor tables when the weather is nice, good coffee with standard coffee house options and some niche specials and nice lunch selection with fresh local pastries; Caprese salad was delicious!

Love all the dairy-free milk alternatives, homemade syrups & great customer service. 1000/10 will be back
