As a former guard (left due to health matters and various private reasons) let me assure you that DSS and the owner are well above and beyond consummate professionals at everything they do. Training Education Experience are well above top notch and second to none.I can not say enough good about them period. If your a customer or pending customer. YOU WANT DSS and Santos Team. I would reccommend DiFranco Security to anyone and everyone.Hiring Santo was the best thing my work place has done. Night shift has gotten easier and safer since Santo has joined us. Santo's dedication is unmatched. From your phone calls to check on us when you aren't on site to your help completing our routines, all of it is much appreciated. Santo you have made work much easier to come to we all thank you for that! Since having you on board, I have stopped looking over my shoulder at every sound at work and thank goodness!

Worst service ever, stay clear. Customer service representative named Santo was rude and obnoxious and extremely inconsiderate. I recommend finding another security company to deal with where professionalism is a priority.
