Dear Branch Manager,I wanted to make sure the branch management acknowledged the very pleasant experience I had at your branch.I visited your branch last Saturday for my mother's account statement.Teller, Miran, welcomed me warmly. I told her my mother was in my car and not able to walk and she needed to find out the reason why she is no longer receiving the bank statement.Since I am not the power of attorney or the joint account owner she didn't provide me the answer, however she presented in a professional manner and very kindly. She volunteered to walk to where my car was parked to talk to my mother so she can be served. Before Miran left the bank she asked me a few questions to prepare for my mother's request. She printed a few pieces of paper before walking out the bank.I admired Miran's attitude toward my mother. She was very kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. She informed my mother that she had e-statement but had no email address on her profile. My mother decided to add an email address on her profile and learn about online banking as well. Miran was well prepared to answer my mother's questions and also I was confident that BMO protects privacy on customer's information from seeing Miran. The way Miran dealt with my mother's needs made me feel sorry that I am not baking with BMO. If I met Miran before I had a mortgage, investment, and other bank accounts opened at X bank I would definitely be banking with BMO. I definitely recommend BMO and open to opportunity banks with BMO in the future.Finally, I just want to emphasize that the branch is very lucky to have a teller like Miran!.

The service at this branch is so horrific that I’m leaving BMO after 20+ years.Zero customer service. Zero accuracy with simple transactions. Zero accountability to fix errors. Zero communication skills. They make repeated mistakes with your money, and expect you to spend time following up repeatedly and fixing them.You’ll get BS platitudes which are insulting considering they can’t be bothered to correct their errors. For example the Digital Care team reached out to me here, and after I contacted them as they requested I didn’t hear back from them.What a joke of an institution.

Lifelong, happy BMO customer until I moved to this branch. I'm not in the habit of leaving bad reviews, but my experience opening a business account here has been appalling. In 3 months, not a single email or voice message that I've left my personal banker has been acknowledged, and both my corporate credit card application AND online banking setup were botched in branch. Even BMO corporate informed me directly that they had zero luck contacting the branch, nor did they hear back on their formal request regarding my account. I don't know how any business, let alone a bank, can operate this way.

Thank you so much for your best advise and service and specially to Lily Tran.I got the recommend from my friend to come and talk with people of this bank. Last couple months, I got a great detail for my finance plan from Lily; then I opened a TFSA account and bought some mutual fund. Lily also took care good of the customer with many detail updating. I am bank with RBC for over many years but now I just want to move to BMO to get more good service like this.thanks again for your service and keep up.

Because the bank is close to me I go to this location and was helped by Lily Tran who could speak my native language. She hasn't been at a teller position so I was helped by someone else today. I saw an unauthorized charge on my card and my last account was closed because there was theft activity. I was worried that it may have happened again so I wanted to know the source. It was apparently a charge from the bank yet I wasn't informed of any interest charges so I was suggested to change to a more economical plan and was issued a refund. Then Lily cut us in between and started accusing me of taking money from the bank yet that wasn't even the sole case. She even threatened to close my account when she had no proper reasonable grounds to even do so. It wouldn't have been an issue if Lily were to help me but when someone else does it, then it becomes an issue?? She then brought up the fact that I'm using my husband's card without him present even though she would authorize me every time for the past visits. She yelled at me in front of everyone so I was livid and had to stand my ground and argue back. In the end she decided we meet at Saturday so we can resume with the refund with my husband. The way she handled the situation as a representative of the bank is unacceptable. This is actually the SECOND time that this happened. I didn't want to make a review but because it happened again I have no choice but to bring it to light. I will be closing this account with this bank and will be opening an account with another bank company after this. Because banks shouldn't treat their customers that way. This type of behaviour and service will drive other customers away.

I have been a BMO customer since 1978This is the worst location in all BMO locations in Vancouver BC with only 2 tellers all the time.I try to pay my Master Card with “cash” at the teller, no you cannot pay you balance with “cash”! Wow this is shocking!Came across this employee in one of the office inside.They said just do a debit from your other account.That’s what I’m trying not to do since I have only x numbers of withdraw per month.This is so annoying cannot pay my bill with cash!On another incidence I try to withdraw money from the bank machine.Slip came out but no money!Another attempt with paper slip, no money.Try the one next to it finally my funds came out.Never ever has this happen to me in the 40yr using BMO cash machine!Beware of this ☠️branch☠️of the ☠️people☠️ who work here and the cash machine.I now go to the cash machine inside the Shell Gas Stations instead. It has not failed yet.

Please open the vestibule room a lot later!!!! It’s so annoying. It should at least be open till 11 PM. A lot of people get off work and need to go deposit money so they can pay something and it really doesn’t help to have to wait till the next day

Not a fan of leaving negative reviews, but it's been over 2 years since my father's passing and I still haven't been able access his funds for our family.Worst part was I sent multiple email inquiries through the year and got no replies. Living outside of Vancouver, I would have to drive 7 hrs to visit the branch personally to get responses. After 18 months, I was switched to a nice new rep trying to fix the issue, and was told documents were still missing from the process! Unbelievable. Still endlessly waiting... Absolutely horrendous on BMO. Something needs to happen or legal action may be next. How is this even possible.

My family have been going to this branch since at least the 70's and the staff have always been nice & helpful. I remember a certain teller giving me lollipops when I was little. However, they don't give me any now that I'm in my late 40's. Sad. One little niggle is that they have a habit of not returning voicemails left on their voicemail system, even though the answering message states they will do so by the end of the day.

As a first-time customer, I was greeted with a friendly and smiling face. Her name was Fari. It was a great pleasure to do business there. She helped me to increase my credit limit although it was time-consuming and also she followed up with the process the day after and called me couple of times. Her outstanding courtesy made me feel that I was in the right place to do my business. She helped me much more than I expected, and I appreciate it very much.
