I have had, of all my eyecare visits, the best eye care experience at Visions in Chilliwack BC. The technical staff was top notch, but there is a young lady that took my visits to another level. Mai is always a bright spot in my day. She always greets you with a lovely smile and makes you feel quite at ease. Mai also remembers my name and exactly what it is that she helped me with on prior visits. I can't imagine going anywhere else now. I look forward to stopping by to say hi whenever I'm in the mall. Thanks Mai you would be an asset to any company you worked for, but I'd like to keep you where you are. Thanks again.

I wrote a review yesterday and can’t find it now… so here we go again!I had the most wonderful experience purchasing my glasses at Visions Chilliwack today. Mai is a star. She knew her inventory so well and she listened to what I wanted then found the perfect pair for me. Additionally, I found the rest of the staff knowledgeable, warm and friendly. Most personally, my 6 year old autistic son was with me and they were very patient, caring and almost loving toward him as I struggled to keep him entertained while I shopped. The whole process was so fun and easy! I recommend them and will return.

Wonderful experience with this store and our consultant Mai Mouradi. I brought my elderly mom in for an exam and glasses. I sure learned a lot about fit and she has a great eye for style and shape.Great customer service! I highly recommend this store:)Thank you so much!

I walked in today, totally stressed out.I lost my nose pad on my progressive glasses. Was seeing double.As soon as i walked in i was greetedwith a warm welcoming from Mai.She fixed my nose pad straighten my frame and cleaned them. Instantly stress was gone.I highly recommend this location..

My eye exam here was great, had good news that my prescription is still the same as it was 5+ years ago. Which is fantastic.I found myself a few pair of eyeglasses & lenses in a different style than I usually pick out. Maya helped me pick out types that fit comfortably, they don't feel tight on my face & the lens aren't touching my eyelashes.

This is where my family sees the eye doctor and buys our glasses. The eye doctor is extremely good with small kids and explains everything to me well. She is gentle, patient, flexible, and knowledgable. The team who picks out glasses helped us get the right ones that fit well, and when the glasses came in they made sure they fit well on my son's face and ears. Their attention to detail and friendliness made the experiences feel easy, which is especially important for 3 and 4 year olds.

I went to visions based on a recommendation by a co-worker. I was greeted by Giselle. wow is she impressive at multi-tasking. The Optometrist was professional and thorough. She answered all of my questions and went over everything. As I mentioned before Giselle was hands down great. her customer service is top notch. you can tell that she cares about everyone that comes in. she helped me pick out 2 pairs of frames. I left it up to her capable hands to find me the right frames and style I was looking for. after, I was helped by another co-worker who was just as amazing and helpful. I will most definitely be going back for future exams and glasses. I will also tell friends and family to go visit Visions!

Brought my son in Visions for eyeglasses and we were very happy with Mia Mouradi's help, she is very kind and understanding.The 2 for 1 price of Kyle's glasses were very impressive.But what I was impressed with the most is that Mia noticed that I kept adjusting my own eyeglasses.That's when I started to tell Mia that my glasses give me bad migraines and I'm having to take my glasses off.With the help of Mia, I have found 2 pairs of glasses here at Visions. We are very happy with our visit here and I will definitely let others know how professional and courteous the staff is here, today.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a new pair of glasses from Visions Chilliwack today. Mai was fantastic and helped me pick a pair of glasses that were just right for me. She listened to what my preferences were and she was able to find just the right set of frames because of her extensive knowledge of the specific frames being offered right now. I was further impressed with everyone’s friendly customer service and high level of professionalism through the whole process. Finally, and most personally, my 6 year old son was with me and he is autistic. Everyone was so friendly, patient and almost loving with him as I struggled to keep him entertained so I could shop. I will return again so I can work with Mai and the rest of the friendly and knowledgeable staff at Visions. They made this very easy and enjoyable for me. I highly recommend them and will continue to be a customer there.
