Both my wife and I spent 40 and 42 years respectively in the customer service business and both times we left the store this week we commented on what a great experience it was dealing with you! No pressure to choose just great info and we never felt like you were in a hurry even when we kept you late on Thursday.Thank you!

I highly recommend Trail Appliances and only wish we had gone to them first. Months ago we ordered all new appliances for the house we are moving into as we wanted to order them far in advance in case of any backorders. Unfortunately, we were swayed by the sales a big box store was offering and we ordered through them. Long story short, I had to call them about a dozen times as they misplaced our fridge and range and weren’t in a hurry to find them even though we were just a couple days away from moving (the new house didn’t have any old appliances, so we would have no appliances until they were found). I called Trail Appliances and Mary instantly brought calm and reassurance to the situation. They have multiple warehouses that are well managed, so they have great stock. They had great sales on some appliances and price protection on those that didn’t. Not only that, but they could deliver in just a couple days, or we had the option to pick up right after we ordered. Mary made the entire process so simple, she was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions with ease. We will be going to Trail Appliances for all future purchases. We bought a dishwasher from Trail Appliances online. Once we got it home, we realized it was damaged. We were told to come in and switch it for an undamaged one. Once we got to the store, we decided to upgrade to a different dishwasher, which they had no problem with, and even decided to honour the price of the OG Dishwasher.We browsed while we were waiting and couldn’t believe how reasonably everything seemed to be! We will definitely be shopping here if we ever get into a new home and need all new appliances.

We have purchased a few appliances and most recently purchased a washer. Mary is so knowledgeable and was helpful to decide which to purchase. The store is very well organized and pick up was quick and easy.
