TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

One of their worst branches,Short staffed and always a huge line up.Don’t explain ext to leave the branch earlier than an hour not even for the simplest tasks.

As a business owner this location offers the worst banking one on one experience. The business teller doesn’t open until 11am. ??? Seriously???atm machines outside keep on locking my cards and unable to deposit cash. I was promised multiple times that they will be fixed- never happened. The waiting time is ridiculously long. Today for example the guy infringe of me told me that he will take more than an hour to finish his business matters…. I had to leave because the bank doesn’t offer another business teller. Too sad that good location has such poor business customers service options.

I came in to make a large deposit to my account. Money was needed for a real estate transaction. The person behind the desk wouldn’t let me deposit it without 5 day hold and that was not possible since we had 24 hours to put down the deposit. Even with the cheque being a bank draft, she said it couldn’t be done. We asked to speak to someone who could make it happen. The manager that came out was rude and unhelpful. Refused to do anything to verify the cheque’s legitimacy, even with a receipt presented. After several minutes of explaining what we would lose if we couldn’t get access to this cheque — and the managers disinterest and unwillingness to help — we left. We lost the place. My father and I returned the cheque to BMO the next day (where it came from, a credible bank, not some random place) and the teller said that TD usually sends a fax over to verify the legitimacy of cheques to wave the 5 day hold period. I’m not sure what happened that day but I have never met a bank employee so dedicated to withholding service, devoid of human compassion, and unaware of basic procedures — we will never be returning and you should put this manager through anti-discrimination and basic procedural training.

Slowest bank I have ever been to in 40 years. Over 20+ people waiting and just 3 tellers. Management here doesn't have a clue what is up with your account, referred to Customer Service to investigate... closed account! Don't waste your time or money here.

Today evening I was at TD Bank to open an account. That was is hard to describe the level of professionalism, efficiency and values held by Muhammad Hasan Rizvi! He is very professional, very helpful and patient! It’s a rare thing to discover a bank that genuinely cares about the people it serves and TD Bank is that kind of bank. I really appreciate TD and especially Muhammad Hasan Rizvi...5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️you are sure to be as pleased with the bank as I have been

I just visit this branch today, Thursday morning 10:30. There are 7 ppl in front me in the lane, I thought i have enough time cuz i work in the hillcrest mall at 11 AM. But after 25 mins waiting there are still 4 ppl in front me, because they only open 1 of the 8 booth to help their customers. yes, 1of 8, 1/8, you can see the picture, i have to leave instead of late for work. Thanks for wasting my time, and i'm going to close the account for sure, Shame on you, even though i work in the mall as your neighbors.

Staff incompetence at the branch:On March 5, I visited the branch to take a picture of some bounced cheques from one of the tenants. An order from the court required this.The Teller, a lady with a nose job and black hair, couldn't figure out how to send the request, so she recommended I contact TD Easy Line.As soon as I left the branch, I called Easy Line and explained the situation. They told me to go back to the branch and they would do it there.After returning to this branch again on March 10, another teller agreed to fulfil my request and asked me to come back in 5 business days after I completed the search.In my visit to the branch on March 16, the Tellers were clueless about what was going on

I'm currently in line. There were 5 people in front of me 30 mins ago. Now there are 4. I actually can't fathom why this branch is so slow. There are 10 employees behind the counters and only 2 stalls open. I've never seen people act so busy before and yet still nothing gets done.

I’ve been a TD client for a long time. Never have I received such poor service. The teller asked me 3 times what I wanted. I repeated I wanted to check the foreign exchange rate. I told her the currency. She took a long time but honestly I had no problem with repeating my request or waiting. If you’re new on the job I get that and I don’t have anything against it. She had to check with her manager on the process and in a bank full of people her manager yelled to her “how would I know what kind of notes they have?! No we don’t have any. Tell her it takes 7 business days”. It was embarrassing for me and for the bank teller. I hope you can treat clients and employees with compassion, branch manager. At your grown age. Shame on you.

Horrible place DO NOT COME TO THIS TD BANK There’s always a line up and only 2 or 3 SLOW tellers. Garbage placeThey completely disregarded my issue! They still only have 2 tellers at a time.DO NOT COMEDO NOT COMEDO JOT COME!
