Andre was my piercer, he was super patient with me being indecisive about which one i wanted, he is very informative and is happy to answer lots of questions. I was insecure about how the septum looked on me but him and his team were super supportive! He is very calm and made the piercing process smoother for me. Definitely best piercer I have been too!

Very impressed with the work Tyler did on my arm. He has a steady hand and really makes your vision come to reality. This facility is well kept and professional. Everyone has an upbeat personality! Pricing is good. I highly recommend this place!!!!

Just went in for a foot tattoo. I was nervous because my last tattoo was over 20 years ago and I had heard feet hurt a lot. Booked the appointment by email and sent a picture of what I wanted. Tyler had done up a few ideas by my appointment and we picked it together. I was made to feel comfortable and it didn't really hurt. The whole staff was friendly and chatted with me. I will be going back!

My daughter and I got our noses pierced by Dre...he was amazing! So friendly and professional. I absolutely recommend him. I will be booking my 10 year olds ear piercing with him.

i had to go to another piercing shop today to get my conch changed. it was pierced with a curved barbell and at a gauge that is to high. it cause me immense pain and three months later it has barely even started to heal. im already feeling a lot better with my new jewelry in that is at an appropriate gauge, supposedly andre doesn't even “do piercings anymore” but i guess still does it once an awhile. i would love to love this shop but it doesn't meet my expectations or the bare minimum.

I understand a lot of people have been mentioning how hard it is to get into this location to have their work done. I’ve noticed it’s harder lately to get in for a piercing appointment as well. However, if you can, it’s well worth the wait.I’ve had two piercings done by Dre, and both experiences couldn’t have been better.I’ve had many piercings off and on throughout the years (started experiencing with piercings when I was in junior high; around 18 years ago), and have had experiences with at least a handful of piercing locations. Fresh Ink remains my favourite place of all.The reason for this is that Dre is capable of providing a level of comfort and distraction/re-direction that can’t be provided by just any piercer.I understand availability is important when considering a piercing/tattoo, but if you can be flexible with the timing of your appointment, and understand you’ll be getting a premium experience, this location is your best bet.I’ve had a conch and nostril piercing done by Dre. I had a bad experience getting my nose pierced when I was younger, and told myself I would never put myself through that again. After having a pain-free experience getting my conch pierced by Dre, I decided I would try to overcome my anxiety regarding nose piercings, and have my nostril pierced again.Needless to say, the second time having my nose pierced was much less traumatic!If anyone is looking for saline solution, Fresh Ink also sells an affordable sea salt piercing spray which I would highly recommend. Fresh Ink will continue to receive my business, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Went and got my nose pierced yesterday with a friend. We made an appointment easily with them a few days prior over instagram.I've been to other shops and this one was by far the cleanest, calmest, and kindest one I've been too. My friend and I were both pierced by Andre who had an awesome sense of humor and made the whole experience really great for us. I'll be going back for my next tattoos and piercings. Wish I got the desk man's name too because he was also very nice!Great job everyone ☺️

Great place the staff makes you feel comfortable and they are very friendly .The Tattoo Artist there is very talented and knows his way with ink and piercings. I give this place a 5 star

This is the second time we've gone her for ear piercings for my daughter. The owner, Andre, is kind, patient and excellent at what he does. Top level experience, especially for a child that is not sure what to expect. Highly recommend.

Dre re-pierced my nose for me after it being done incorrectly at another shop years ago. He also did my daughter's helix the same day. I can't recommend him enough. He was amazing. Very personable and patient. The shop is super clean and well organized. I will definitely book with him again. Thanks Dre!
