Went to this place for the first time to get my nails done and the service is was okay, I walked in and was greeted but the waiting around for someone to do your nails is trash because they have some of their workers sitting around doing their own nails and the excuse is they don’t do customer nails. Second they have their pet dog in a stroller and it stinks. Never again. My nails weren’t even done properly and they don’t follow instructions. The Asian girl who sits closets to the entrance door is sarcastic and rude.

My absolute #1 salon to go to. I have been coming here for the last 15 years. I moved to the west end and tried finding another salon closer to home or work but no other salon I found compared to here. After many years of different salons I decided to take the drive from the west to continue getting my nails done here. Henry is definitely the nail god

Best best best place! Every single mail artist is so talented!! I travel far for them because I know I’ll never be disappointed when I leave. They can literally replicate any frikin design and the precision is impeccable!Also if you’re lucky you’ll get to see Leo the cutest puppy in the world!

Went there with my mom in law, Amazing set of acrilics done by the Very sweet nail tec who sits near the door. I absolutely love them!!! Got a pedicure too and my feet looked sooooo much better even got the toe nail side. Honestly will be back again!!!!The male sitting beside did my mom in laws nailed she is so happy.Super nice and as a anxious person I felt super welcomed.Edit** some one on here said that smelly dog"A: the dog ain't smellyB: the dog being there is what made this so anxiety friendly."

My pedicure appointment ran 35 minutes late. I wanted to have shellac removed and have a pedicure, a pretty standard service. This salon uses drills to remove shellac on toes, which I didn’t want. I asked and agreed to pay an extra $15 to have them soaked off instead.I sat in the pedicure chair for an additional 10 minutes, and the nail tech still tried to use a drill. I reminded them that I asked for a soak once again instead of using the the drill and reminded them I would pay extra.The owner heard the conversation, and insisted I have to use a drill to remove the top layer of shellac top coat, which I said isn’t true. Many salons remove shellac with cotton pads and acetone as an alternative.The owner suggested I go to another salon to have the shellac removed by soaking and said that I “don’t have to be annoying”. Really disappointed to learn that agreeing to pay extra and requesting how you want your pedicure done is annoying at a place that offers a service you pay for! Not only did I waste my time waiting, but I was also treated like an inconvenience after waiting so patiently. I would not recommend this salon and would never return!

Don’t go here if you have children bc they won’t allow you in. I went with my son and as soon as I walked in I was told they don’t allow children in the salon but they allow pets.

Went here for the first time over the weekend for a pedicure. Although I neglected to make an appointment, the wait wasn’t long and the staff were very friendly and polite. The space was very clean and well organized and there were plenty of shellac and polish colours to choose from. The person who did my pedicure was clearly very experienced and did a wonderful job. Lastly, the pricing was very fair and they accepted all major credit cards. I was invited back for a future visit which I thought was super professional and again, very friendly. Great experience here! Would recommend.

I’ve been going to Pinks Nails for over 15 years. I’ve moved all over the GTA and somehow always find myself back at Pinks. NO other salon has even come close to type of service or care I have received from the technicians at Pinks. EVER. I mean, today I drove in from Barrie for my birthday mani pedi and they did not disappoint. They’ve done my nails for birthdays, graduation, my wedding, before I had my kids and every event in between.The owners are kind, reasonable hard working & the only hire those who are equally as hard working. I’ve watched their business grow over the last 15 years and I am so proud of all the work and recognition they get and deserve!I’ve never left this salon dissatisfied in 15 years & I’ve done it all from acrylics to pedis to waxing.I will follow Henry, Hugo & their team to the ends of the earth!If you looking for quality work this is the spot!
