Wow! Busy weekend and the sun shining we took a break for late lunch!PB at Vaughan Mills provided the right setting!Our waitress was bubbly and a certain charm!She in a timely matter got our drinks, allowed sufficient time to pick our food.Meal was delivered fast and it was delicious, she came over TWICE to see how we were enjoying it.Desert time her vast knowledge and suggesting a unique Gluten-free desert was unique and extremely delicious!Rachel thank you for making our exotic day enjoyable and to the Team that supported our delicious lunch!

I asked for a 7 oz sirloin well done with vegetables and mash potatoes . Steak was so dry and kind of cold , same with the rest of the food , besides that the steam vegetables have no seasoning at all .. it was very plain .. no flavour. I had to put a little of my onion soup to have a better taste .. thanks

The Reuben sandwich was really good and I would recommend this! The sangria was okay. The french onion soup had a nice flavour but way too much cheese!

Pickle Barrel
I used to love coming to Pickle Barrel, but after the last two visits (different locations) it may have been my last. I think trying to maintain such a large menu has made serving quantity or variety of food over the quality of the food.The food was bland, the Reuben relatively small for the price and the meals overall were meh..The only saving grace was our server who was courteous and made sure we were well attended.

Use to go to the Pickle Barrel as a teenager and in my early 20s and though the decor has changed & they no longer have a case of dessert, the deli sandwiches are still the best. We had the Reuben and it checked every box for when you are craving a Reuben. Toasty rye, slightly fatty and Coleslaw was vinegar based but the best vinegar based coleslaw! And, as always, I want more than the pickle spear they put on the plate but it was very satisfying to have it again.Nostalgia about the food and times here have met up well to the present. Happy to know the food quality has kept up!

Food: I have gone here over the years. The quality hasn't changed, but the food portion has. It has gotten smaller, but with inflation, it's understandable but disappointing. There is quite a selection which I appreciate. The presentation is good and I enjoyed my meal.Service: Great service, attention, and professional. Can't ask for more. Kudos.Ambiance: This is a pretty big restaurant. There is a lot of seating, a bar, comfy, and a bit moody, depending where you are.Would recommend if you are in the mall.
