I have been disappointed the last few times going through drive-through in North Sydney where I have had mistakes in my order(s). This evening I ordered 2 large peppermint teas, medium tea and small coffee . In my rush to get home for supper, I didn’t check my order. When I checked, there was no peppermint tea. It was just steeped tea. When I placed my order, the screen said “peppermint tea “.

I swear every time I ask for no egg they put no cheese on their breakfast sandwich. When you ask if there's still cheese on it they get all rude. Be consistent and don't get mad when people question because you aren't

Awesome place and the service is always awesome. It's not worth calling over but please check your orders before you leave. Ordered a Xtra large HC and a chocolate chip cookie today and didn't realize I had gotten a peanut butter cookie instead until I bit into it 2 hours later at work. Luckily I'm not alergic but heads up.Good cookie though.

The food was great buy the service wasn't the greatest the young guy taking our order was bored and rude.. he told us that they didn't serve breakfast all day just because he didn't want to make the sandwiches but I knew the difference so got another waiter to take our order other than that great

The drink I ordered was a blackberry yuzu with no ice which is usually full the cup but the people working there :1- she made the drink half the cup2- when I asked to fill it up, instead of making a new and better drink, she just pored some more sparkling water in it which made the drink tastes pathetic and she definitely does not have a good customer service experience because I think she made some weird faces(not a good sign of customer service) when I asked to fill the drink up to the top.
