The gentleman there were very, very helpful and knowledgeable. As my experience involved an icbc claim I was worried I would go over my insurance limit but they assured me even with the top of the line suv they provided it would stay within it! And sure enough it was under my daily limit with unlimited km's!Couldn't be happier with the vehicle and service provided!

Absolutely horrible service, I was charged $200 above the daily rate when I returned the vehicle for Cleaning fees" even though I cleaned the car before dropping it (inside and out). Never going to Avis again. Save yourself the stress and hassle and book with enterprise instead."

Absolutely horrible service. I rented a car and was charged 8 TIMES THE AMOUNT of my rental agreement. They try to charge you for random cleaning costs and I literally have never had that happen in over 6 years of renting more than 50 cars. When I confronted them the manager became very aggressive and threatened to sue me if I contacted my credit card company. Disgusting behaviour.
