Such a positive experience with The Golden Tulip!!!! I had my grandmother's ring Restored here then I purchased the Rolling Caplin Ring to match my grandmothers ring!! Love Love this place!! Fantastic service and extremely friendly staff!! They do incredible work!!!! Thank you Golden Tulip!! :)

The owners of The Gulden Tulip are wonderful to deal with. They are very knowledgeable about styles, trends in jewelry and have a real talent in make custom pieces. Recently, when I was in a pinch to get something quickly, they went out of their way to get me what I needed outside of store hours. Truly exceptional service.

A great experience… I was recommended by a co worker to go here to get my engagement ring fixed as the diamond was loose inside the clasps. Jeweller on site and he fixed it for me within 5 minutes and didn’t even charge me for it! I would have totally paid but he insisted. Very kind people and wonderful job!

I was pleased with my service and i like the local aspect. however I had expected a genuine GIA or similar genuine certificate (from a certified diamond grading facility) with a fairly expensive purchase but did not get anything of the sort. i did get an appraisal from them however. i blame myself for not asking more questions and being clear on what i wanted so i still recommend this store; just dont make the mistake i did!

After a less than pleasant experience with another chain jeweler, I was recommended to visit the Golden Tulip and couldn't be happier that I did. I dealt directly with one of the owners who was knowledgeable and friendly, answered all of my questions and provided a beautiful option while staying on budget. I would recommend them to anyone shopping for an important piece of jewelry.

I am a long time customer of the Golden Tulip and have never been disappointed by them. Service is excellent and their selection of jewelry is always great. I have never had a problem finding the perfect unique piece. Of special note is their selection of in house pieces which of course includes their Newfoundland Collection.Jewelry is never cheap but the value for your money is excellent. I highly recommend The Golden Tulip for all your Jewelry needs.

I brought 2 necklaces in that needed fixing to inquire if that's something they could do. I thought it was quite rude of the lady to say they were just costume jewellery (one piece was an inexpensive seed-pearl necklace and the other was a solid gold chain) and not worth fixing. She even implied no one in town would bother fixing them. I would have totally understood if she just said they can't do that kind repair there was no need to act condescending.
