We had a very smooth process with this company they made renting car the easiest and fastest way possible. They also have the best rates compared to other car rental companies in Vancouver I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Booking was easy. I was also allowed to take the car to Washington for a reasonable additional charge. Staff were funny and very personable. They even upgraded from a medium size car to a medium size SUV once they saw we were going camping. Outstanding experience - I would absolutely rent here again.

The customer services was really great. We really like the shuttle service. We had a Toyota Camry Hybrid and it was really cheap on gas. We really enjoyed the service in general. Thanks to everyone!

First time I booked with west coast car rentals, I unfortunately booked through enterprise, which made the experience very difficult, however Razy and the team at west coast car rentals made up for it tremendously.I’ve since been back about 6 times to Vancouver and would never want to rent from any other car rental company then west coast.The team at west coast car rentals where kind, professional, and detail oriented.I’m glad I found a car rental service I feel comfortable and safe with every time I visit Vancouver.Wish you guys the best!! Friendly staff and the car rental rate was very affordable. They operate as “Economy” car rental via Expedia. I was given a fuel efficient 2020 Toyota Corolla. Free shuttle from airport to their office. It’s not a fancy office or the most inviting decor but it was clean. I would rent from them again!

Great car, clean, and fairly priced! Location is right by YVR so it was very convenient to pickup and drop off after arriving and before departure. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our trip was comfortable and safe. Will be renting from them again next time we’re in the west coast!

The staff here and especially the owners go above and beyond to make sure all of your needs are taken care of before and after the service. I would highly recommend this place to rent your car if staying in Vancouver like us they also took time to give us recommendations and tips on how to explore Vancouver while being safe.

Other than some minor inconvenience with the customer service and pricing when arriving at the Richmond location, driving the car itself was amazing.Cons/Notes:Phone customer service:-Calling both Robson and Richmond location to check the availability of this car was very irritating. The 4/5 times calling the people end of the line was very rude. 4 of them would say they are checking then after leaving me on hold for 20-30 minutes, they would end the call.Website:-On Saturday, I called I found out the car wasn’t available until Tuesday but the website said I could book the car starting Saturday.-Although there was an option to choose pickup location, it didnt let me pick other location. I was force to pick Robson location. Email reservation did not have pickup and drop location either. I ended up having to call and found out I was supposed to pickup in Richmond.-The website did not specify Insurance/Collision plans were mandatory in the pricing (for “under 25” was the reason I was told). I was expecting to pay $156 for 300km limit on luxury vehicles (per website) but ended up paying $355 ($156+$149 insurance) for 150km (125km + 25km “free bonus”).
