Great collections of piano with fantastic staffs to help you from start to finish, especially with John Lam!About a year ago, I walked into this gallery with my son looking for a piano and was immediately greeted by John Lam. After I described my intention, he recommended several models for my son to try it out. After which, he explicitly lists out the pros and cons and his opinions on each model for our consideration. The whole process was delightful and informative. Unfortunately, I was not able to make a purchase during that visit. I returned a year later with my son again and was greeted by John with the same hospitality. The entire purchasing process was smooth and pleasing as John detailly explains everything from piano delivery to piano maintenance. In addition to being a caring sales consultant, John is also a talented pianist with many years of playing and teaching experience. His advice on piano playing was both helpful and insightful.I wholeheartedly recommend anyone who has an interest in purchasing a piano to pay a visit to this gallery and seek out John because, in the end, even though you might not walk away with a piano purchase, you will definitely walk away knowing more about piano than before you visit this gallery.

My friend and I walked in on a whim, and Ian made our experience really fantastic. He showed us a wide range of pianos, answered all of our questions thoughtfully and with detail, and let us play any piano we wanted. He is clearly passionate about pianos and it shows, he made us feel very welcome and excited to be there. I’m certainly looking to purchase a piano from here in the future, as the products are top quality and so is the staff.

John Lam is a gifted pianist and also a wonderful teacher- patient, kind and passionate about music. I am so glad I found him as my son’s teacher. He is highly skilled at teaching. My son has making a tremendous improvement with only two classes.I would certainly recommend John as a piano teacher for any adult or child who wants to learn.We had a great experience with Steinway piano galleries from the beginning. Staff is amazing and knowledgeable. There is no pressure to buy pianos here. They take time to show you the instruments, teach you about the Steinway product and then work with you on your terms and time frame. Also an excellent selection of music books. They can special order anything. I've had them bring in some of the most obscure things. Concert hall is nice as well.
