Orange Contracting

Orange Contracting and Mohamed have a lot to learn about post-service care for their clients. After less than a year, our kitchen cabinets and one drawer no longer functioned properly, our stair lights went out and a few pot lights started to flicker. To add, after a few months, we asked Mohamed to return to fix a leak from our powder room which eventually turned into a massive leak, breaking through our basement ceiling. When we tried to reach Mohamed, he made excuses about being busy with another job and then he stopped responding to our calls and texts altogether. Also, be wary about purchasing any security cameras or systems from Orange Contracting/Mohamed. Our system stopped working after a few months and required upgrades for which this contractor provided no support. Suffice it to say, when a contractor makes everything look shiny on the surface but refuses to do the work when repairs are required, buyer beware. The only positive thing that came out of hiring Orange Contracting was the workmanship by Hong, who is an exceptionally talented carpenter. His work is beyond perfect!

I hired Orange Contracting for a full house painting job including the garage doors. Although I decided at the 11th hour, Mohamed and his team were extremely accommodating by fitting the project in their schedule.They showed up right on time with a team of highly professional and trained painters. Right from the start to finish, Orange contracting showed utmost care in doing an extremely superior and clean job. The entire project was completed within a record time. Overall, I highly recommend Orange Contracting for any painting job. They were skilled, professional, reasonably priced, used high-quality material and most importantly they were respectful.

Mohamed and his team was so efficient very professional in giving us reasonable quote..We found out after so many research in renovations.. mohamed with his great knowledge and personality very humble most courteous.. from most of the contractors we met .. my self and my wife were very happy with his work that was done in our house creating another extra door from the garage to porch .. with our short notice .. he managed to find a great door with matching colours for our wall..clearly in two days just like he promised.. work was done .. very clean and completed the job .We are very satisfied..We will be looking forward to hire him to do our kitchen as well..All the best for Orange contractingKeep up the good work and much appreciatedThank you ..

We got one of our bathrooms fully renovated by Orange Contracting and boy do we love it! The pictures speak for themselves (they took the bathtub out and put in a walk-in sitting shower) and the quality of work is just excellent. From the moment we contacted the company, we got amazing service. Mohamed is so professional, easy to deal with and responsive; he worked with us patiently on our numerous requests and was very accommodating; he is present on the job every morning to give instructions to his crew and responds to calls/messages promptly. His crew of different professionals are very nice and polite and very clean. If you are planning on getting any renovations, Orange Contracting is the company to go with! We are planning on getting our kitchen and powder room renovated next year and we know we will be going with no other than Orange Contracting.

Amazing Tankless Water heater setupWe brought Mohamed in to install a Navien NPE-240A tankless water heater, as a replacement for a standard tank heater that was under contract. Monamed's price was very competitive and he already did wonderful work for us in the past. Mohamed and his installer worked together and disconnected the tank heater, and installed the tankless heater in the most convenient location. Mohamed helped keep our basement clear, and explained how the system works. We've really enjoyed the switch and highly recommend ditching the tank rental in favor of a tankless heater.Thanks for another great job! We definitely recommend Mohamed and will bring him for another home improvement project in the near future.

I hired Mohamed to completely rebuild my master bathroom, and renovate my powder room. Mohamed worked closely with me every step of the way, was always accessible and responsive, communicated about each phase of the work, and brought in terrific crews to get the work done. I made a number of design changes after working with Mohamed, he was very flexible, patient and provided really great ideas and insights. He was really terrific about accommodating additional changes and various requests, getting this big project done was smoother than I could have hoped for.I highly recommend Mohamed and Orange Contracting for any renovation project you may have, the quality of the work is awesome, and you will always feel that you have a partner in Mohamed who wants to do a great job without taking any shortcuts. Orange Contracting is incredible. Mohamed and his team were able to work within our budget and even adjusted his timelines to help us meet ours. I had a leak in the basement roof and a washroom issue, and my reliable, trustworthy contractor for more than ten years had moved away from GTA, so I was looking for someone. A friend of mine referred Orange Contracting, who had done close to 500K renovations. On both occasions, Orange Contracting diagnosed properly and fixed. My diagnosis was incorrect, and a dishonest contractor could have used it to advantage stack over 10K renovations easily.I trusted Orange Contracting and asked for quotations for two washrooms. The quotations were not cheap as in online quotes (I checked a couple), but reasonable. I decided to go ahead with Orange Contracting and am convinced I made the correct choice. Orange Contracting hires experts for each area. Demolition, plumber, painter, electrician, etc were all different individuals who were very skilled in what they did. The owner of Orange Contracting frequently came to oversee the work.Orange Contracting delivered as promised. Orange Contracting mentioned the realistic time required during the initial discussion, and I could see why. We discussed further renovations, and again, Orange Contracting explained the time required. That timeline didn't work for me, and Orange Contracting could have changed the timeline to get the business and delay later. Orange Contracting instead did not change the timeline estimate, and I am happy about being upfront.In addition to washrooms, when Orange Contracting owner was visiting to oversee the work, he fixed several issues free of charge. Orange Contracting owner is a people person interested in trust and maintaining good relationships and not there to make some quick money and disappear.I would recommend Orange Contracting for any renovation.

We hired Orange Contracting to do a whole house renovation for our new home. Mohamed and his team helped us in a previous house 4 years ago and we were so happy with the work that we wanted to work with him again. The new house required creating a new custom open concept kitchen, new flooring, complete renovation of 4 bathrooms, etc.Mohamed completed the project on time despite the different constraints imposed by the pandemic.
