This place is smartly managed to keep people who like to use their laptop out of this coffee house bye providing Internet, but no power plug.

The service was quick and the staff was polite and friendly, however there is no power plug there to charge your phone or laptop.

If you're in need of a caffeine fix or a quick breakfast on the go, Tim Hortons is the place to be!Every time I visit Tim Hortons, I'm impressed by how consistent the food and drinks are. Whether I'm grabbing a classic breakfast sandwich or trying a new seasonal treat, I know I'm in for a tasty meal. The coffee is always fresh and brewed to perfection, and the Timbits (tiny donuts) are just the right size for a sweet snack.

I got very bad experience with this location right now! I just went to used the washroom after ordering an ice coffee at 4:30pm. August 10, 2021 I had a altercation with a customer who is very rude I accidentally opened the door (washroom) without knocking cause I assume that there is nobody in there and it says 'vacant'. I apologize to the customer but she is very rude. One of your staff after I used the washroom, she in directly told me I better know how to flush the toilet while looking at me and during an arguement. I assume that its automatically flush. I think she did not know I heard her or she intention saying that because she think I can't say anything. She should not have go in between customers arguements HER EMPLOYER DID NOT TRAIN HER PROPERLY! This location needs to improve their great customer service and their cleaniness.Your staff does not deserve even a one star.!

The person attending was courteous but seemed very distracted and had me wait while she filled. Another order rather than filling my order before moving on. This habit of taking donuts like a Boston cream and cramming them into a paper bag so that by the time you get where you're going which could be even just a table in the shop, the icing is completely stick to the inside of the paper bag and nothing left on the actual bag is really ridiculous. Waste of money for me. Can't you come up with a better solution? I was also dying for a coffee but everytime I've gotten any type of hot or iced coffee at this location, it has been insrinkable and I end up tossing it. So 3 stars was me being nice.

So today I went to this tim hortans! People working here are just so harsh and rude to customers EVEN IF ITS THEIR FAULT. So i witnessed a mosquito inside my drink. When i told them that is this the way you serve your customers. They straight away told stop accusing us and take a different drink if you want. We as a customer expect to have some kind of apology if we have witnessed this situation. But the lady working inside was surrounding with so much attitude.Also adding to this, she replied “ Have you died? “ drinking this . OMG what a response. Sorry but this is not the way a customer should be served. I hope THE MANAGER OF THIS TIM HORTANS SHOULD KEEP AN EYE OF HOW THEIR EMPLOYEES REACT ON THEIR MISTAKES. They do not deserve even 1 star

A real shout out to the whole team of this branch as I have never witnessed such level of hospitality before. I don't think there's any other restaurant that can surpass it in terms of Food quality. It's BEST. I usually order breakfast items (wrap and capuccino) every weekend from here and let me tell you, both these things are perfect. Sometimes, I call to make some changes in the order too which they do even while being so busy. Thank you guys for making my weekends mornings' special:))))
