I took my daughter there and had exceptional service She doesn’t do well getting bloodwork done and has fainted in the past . Michelle was awesome with her and only picked her once and we were in and out in no time . They even were prepared if she fainted to be near the bed to lay her down .Thankyou for making her visit comfortable . That was our best visit ever. Keep up the good work !!

Very clean, very polite. Sprayed cleaner between each patient. No blown out veins, no bruising afterwards. Only downfall was I didnt know it cost $3 to park there.

Always exceptional service yeah some days are busy but they always try their best to get you in and out as soon as possible. Have been to how many other places before in the past but nothing compared to this place. Whenever I have to get blood work done this is the place I always think of first.once had an appointment in the same building for another thing and they worked it out an amazing time so I can get blood work xone after my appointment, I was so greatful especially being last minute and all. Thank you so much to your amazing staff.

I have no complaints over LifeLabs at all. Just the parking pay machine at the first entrance/exit heading west. I dumped at least $3 worth of quarters and a toonie on that machine, yet it still didn't lift the arm to let me out. I did use the other pay machine and would recommend you do the same.

LifeLab has always been great, they are fast and efficient, with compassionate technologists. I love that you can get ultrasound, mammo and bloodwork all in the same building

First I would like to say that I have been to this lab many times throughout the years to have my blood testing done. I Am a diabetic. Well Friday May 20 2020 I was running late and didn't realize I left my change wallet on my dresser .I had my test done which went ok .Then it hit me I had no change for parking .So I went back into the building I seen the gift shop was opened .I went in to ask if there was a ATM machine close around si that I could get some change or could I buy something with my interact card.A lady setting down beside the counter kinda yelled out there's a machine out in hall on the wall .I Thanked her and turned around carefully with my walker to find the machine. Well I couldn't see a ATM machine. All I seen was one of them older coin machines that you had to put a bill in it and it would give you back change .But I all I had was my card.Had to go back to the gift shop and explain that all I had was my Interact card ..Asked if ther was a ATM close that I could walk to. A tall lady with blonde hair stood there looking at mot saying anything she just kept staring at me ,she had this look of disgust on her face. I thought she was going to ask me to get out of the shop.It seemed like for ever standing there .I felt terrible and scarded felt like I was going to get sick.The look of disgust and anger she had for me was horrible the tears started to come. She made me feel like I was bumming money and lying to her.God I never had anyone look or treat me like I wasn't good enough to be in the shop Still not a word from her she put her hand in her pocket and reached out to give me a a coin .She had a look on her face that gave me chills.I heard myself saying no thankyou you keep it .I will find a ATM I kept saying no trying to back up away from her . Some how I found myself with the coin in my hand watching her cleaning her hands with some papers walking away.I think I was not yelling but loud enough telling her I will give it back as soon as I get out of the Doctors .I kept repeating I will be back. I couldn't believe how hurt and dirty I felt. It was Humiliating and devastating .I'm still feeling horrible and very sad .I will be at that gift shop the minute the open the doors.I honestly don't know what I will say to her or if I should say anything

Made our visit today a good one! I had such anxiety taking my child to have lab work done but these ladies are so good at what they do that I didn’t even need to worry. Definitely one of my best lab experiences hands down

Exceptional staff! Always very friendly and accomadating. The girl who took my blood remembered me from a past visit 3 months ago and asked me how Ive been since! Best location I've been to!
