Civic Motors Honda

Allie is absolutely amazing to work with in service. I purchased my car from a different dealership and was not content with the service. The Warranty Manager Mike who previously worked at Civic Motors Honda suggested I take my car here and it has been such a great experience!

My initial thoughts on this dealership was great customer service, friendly and they were great to deal with, until I got home and started to receive and reply to their emails. First off, the first email the sales manager sent me in the final Congratulations said “Congrats again Brett & thank you for your valued business!” My name is Heather….first mistake! I let it go, because mistakes get made, but then I responded to the email twice with no reply, phoned and had to phone twice to get the sales manager. He did answer the initial emails with more emails, but then I had a response and I a still awaiting his response…I pick my car up in an hour. Anyhow, they are not as responsive as they say they are. They are friendly, but they want to sell you a car, shall see how they do on delivery. I may have to update this.

I bought my 2022 11th Gen Civic Sport Sedan From Civic Motors, what a great experience! Shahir my sales rep answered all my questions and help me find the right trim level, sales manager Jad and Maher are very easy to work with and kept me informed about my order while I was waiting for the new car. Finance manager Mohamad is very professional, knowledgeable and has great suggestion, with his advice, I saved $$$$ on the interest and used the extra money for my family vacation. If you are looking for a Honda, I recommand them to you, a great team to work with and they have the best product.

Unfortunately, after many years of being a loyal customer (3 new cars) it’s time look for a new car dealer. They refused to fix my Honda accord that I purchased in 2021(still on warranty) and they tried to blame the problem on the breaks which even in this case I had them serviced at their location a few months ago and want me to pay more money in order to have a break service done, which might not even fix the problem.. Therfore this could go on and on..The person at the desk was very unprofessional and rude and pretty much ignored all my requests. It used to be my favourite place to buy and service all my cars but their customer service has gone downhill. In addition I’ve been very patient with past mistakes but there is always is a limit. I’ll take my business elsewhere where they might value it more..

Just took delivery of my new CR-V and I have nothing but amazing things to say about the people who work there and how professionally I was treated. Everyone from the receptionist (with a friendly personality and an amazing smile) to the salesman (Brayden, polite and very knowledgeable) to the finance manager (Aidan, professional and caring) right up to the general manager (professional and courteous) treated me with courtesy, care and respect. I am thrilled with my new car and look forward to my new relationship with Civic Motors Honda.

Very pleased with the service at my recent vehicle purchase.Specifically,i did the paperwork on Friday and my original vehicle was broke down and I had no way to get to work. They told me my vehicle would be ready monday, sure thing it was.I've been told before, your vehicle will be ready the next day or, 2 days from now and it never is, this is the first time a dealership has Honored the delivery date for me.Great work. I also love my new vehicle.

After totalling my car at the end of winter, I was too stressed to look around online for another car so I decided to visit Civic Motors. A salesman by the name of Peter Hanna graciously greeted me at the door welcoming me into the dealership. He was so kind and asked me questions regarding what I was looking for in my next vehicle. He showed me a couple of options, going over them thoroughly to cover all the features. He was so knowledgeable to compare the models I was interested in. I also met with Sales Managers, Jad and Vlad, who worked hard with Peter to find me a perfect car. I ended up choosing a 2018 Honda Civic LX that was recently traded in. After I made my choice, I sat down with the financial manager, Alex, to go over my finance options and warranty packages. He was very considerate and didn't try to push me into warranties that didn't suit my needs.I can't thank their team enough for the wonderful customer service they provided me from start to finish. They made finding a new vehicle painless and easy. Thank you, Civic Motors!!

Great dealership. Brayden Parent was the perfect salesperson for us. Very knowledgeable, willing to answer every question honestly with no hint of being pushy. He was very personable and able to relate with humour, which made the whole transaction a very pleasant experience. We are true Honda fans and are looking forward to driving our new car.

This location is hands down the best dealership you could possibly go to in Ottawa. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and VERY honest. Unlike other dealerships, they’re not pushy just to make a sale and they genuinely care to listen and meet your needs. I purchased a 2023 Honda Civic Touring and Brayden was the one who helped make everything possible within just a month of putting in an order. I truly appreciated how honest and thorough he was with answering every single questions/concerns I had. He constantly checked in and provided updates about the ETA of the car and upon delivery of the car, he took his time to explain all the neat functions of this vehicle. He is extremely knowledgeable and you will not regret choosing him as your sales person. Hafid at the financing department is also incredibly kind and helpful. He explained all the options and warranties available to ensure you are making the right decision and purchase. Everyone should definitely purchase the warranty for the vehicles with Hafid because it’s important especially for all new vehicles. What a great experience with the service team today! I brought my car in for my quarterly service appointment and was amazed by the quality of service I received from the Auto Service Advisor, Allie Splane-Rivest. Way to go Allie, you rock!!!! I will definitely be going there again.Cheers
