Classic Touch Car Wash & Auto Detailing

I went here earlier this month and I purchased the Classic Platinum car wash looking to get the best full wash, however, was not satisfied that I got what I paid for. For starters, the classic platinum package is listed on the site for $13.00 but at the location the wash was $18.00; because of the grand re-opening discount of $3.00 off, the wash should have been $15.00 but I was charged $15.50. Not sure if the website is really out of date or what but this is very misleading. Second, I purchased the best car wash package in order to get the under carriage wash. However, from looking at my car after the fact there was no under car wash as the underside was bone dry and is still covered in dirt; this also included along the lower edge of the trim along the side which technically should have been caught by any standard wash especially when the service attendant used a pressure washer all the way around the vehicle prior to starting through the car wash. See pictures. The rest of the car wash was pretty good but not worth paying the amount that I did for it. I reached out to the company to follow up and give them the benefit of the doubt but I didn't receive any response from them.

Use this car wash frequently. They are friendly, pricing is reasonable, and they do a good job. I probably go through the automatic car wash 1-3x a month. Love their new vacuum system it is amazing.

The wash was good. I have a recommendation for the business owner. You should consider providing a subscription option whereby customers can have multiple car washes during the month for a certain amount. RFID tags can be affixed on the windshield and the payment can be automatically charged to the credit card each time. This will help you increase volumes.

Best Vacuums for cleaning in St Thomas and they are free. Spent a good time cleaning out my vehicle and never had issues. Definitely will be back

Awesome car wash best in town, 3 or 4 different washes cost $10 to $18 all come with Free Vacuums that work great, staff was friendly, I will be back :) and have several times.

Amazing job on an older car. Cannot say enough good things about them. Courteous, helpful and reasonably priced.

The detailing was very well done however I would highly recommend confirming the final price and getting it in writing. I paid for the $179 Platinum package and the final invoice was $425. Would it have killed them to call to call and update me when they’re increasing the price +$200%? I will not be returning and would not suggest them to anyone else.

Amazing service!!The gentleman was super pleasant and kind. He pre soaked the vehicle very thoroughly. The lights were so fun for my toddler who loves the car wash.After, I stepped out to see and the vehicle was sparkling and looked very good.Will go back again in the future.I did purchase the highest option which was $18. Very well worth it.

Great wash and the back of my SUV is always clean!! Some car washes don't get the winter dirt off the back, this place does!! the prices are reasonable and is cheaper then London!!Everytime I'm in St Thomas and need a car wash this is the place to go!!
