I recently test drove a vehicle at Cargo where I was assisted by Nicole Henderson. Although I didn't purchase the vehicle I was very satisfied with Nicole's attention. Nicole had the vehicle ready for me to test drive and didn't apply any pressure.My experience was very positive.

This was the best experience we have ever had, from start to finish! Nicole was amazing, always available, and if she was busy, she would always reply as soon as she could. Understanding for our situation, good credit is not needed, she was able to find us a few great options at low interest rates! I would recommend contacting them for any of your used car needs! Great place to buy a car. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth. I mostly dealt with Brett and from all the dealerships i visited in my time in searching for a car he was the most personable and made me feel the most comfortable. He always had my car ready for the test drives, dealt with my PTSD" from my lemon of a car and always kept me informed about what i was interested in. This post comes a little late but a must in sharing.My daughter purchased a 2018 Ford Eco Sport from Cargo in August 2022. She was on a time crunch as she was returning to university, and had less than 2 weeks to find a vehicle. I was searching local dealerships frantically, looking for an suv that checked off all the boxes and was available in the time frame we needed. We were driving all over town, looking at cars that met her requirements, but everything was coming up short on her 'must haves'.I happened to come upon Cargo when I expanded my search outside of town, and am so glad I did. I called the dealership and Darren was beyond helpful, sharing with me the vehicles they had in stock that fit what we were looking for. After that first call, everything just fell in to place and in under 2 weeks, she had her new car!Nicole was wonderful and so helpful in explaining everything.  Darren and Mark were great at answering the many questions we had about the car's features.The customer service is nothing I have ever experienced before, it's beyond ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. It doesn't stop after you drive off the lot either, they are always there to help.

Absolutely fantastic service. No pressure sales, but lots of information provided to make an informed decision. I spent a lot of time pricing out vehicles and their price was by far the best.
