Not sure what the young Asian girls name was on the other end of the microphone but she nailed her job taking the order at the drive-through. Very professional and clear to understand. Which is rare these days, unfortunately. Very positive vibes, more people need to learn from her.

McDonalds has great coffee #changemymindThis location is close to the Hilton Garden Inn, so it’s our first stop in the morning. Friendly staff. Fast service. Modern, clean interior.Very close to IKEA. Share the parking lot with IHOP (International House of Pancakes).

Worst experience at drive-thru. The staff are arguing over something in front of me and do not even care for the order. They forgot the drink in the Happy Meal and also forgot the tray I had asked for. There was no line in the drive thru. They delivered half of my order at a window and they just me to move to the next window to collect the rest of my order. The order was in any case incomplete

First ever review on this. Really poor customer service at this location speacially the manager JANVI. She doesnt even know how to read properly dnt know who made her the shift manager. Had 1 coupen which clearly says free burger any of your choice but she just wanted to give us big mac which we dont eat. Complaint about her to other manager she was really nice. But disappointed by customer service.

The worst McDonald’s ever. I live 5 min away from this location so I visit this McDonald’s a couple times per month. They messed up my order twice in a month! The first time they forgot my fries in the meal. I didn’t find out until I got home. The second time, they showed how bad they are in math, only gave me 4 pcs of nuggets which I ordered 6. The high frequency of making mistakes is really unbelievable.

this mcdonald’s location is so bad. the lady taking orders at the drive thru seemed incompetent or was just really slow. then, i had to pull over to wait for my food. after waiting like 5-10 mins, we got our bag and drove away - wrong food in the bag. thanks?

This was my worst McDonald's dining experience ever. I dropped in to have a senior coffee and read abit. After reading for a short while, I took a sip of my coffee and found it to be only luke warm. So I poured it out at the drink fountain and went back up to to the counter to get a fresh hot coffee. The person (east Indian) was horribly rude. She growled we don't give refills". I said this coffee was not hot

Bought three drinks at the drive thru. As i was about to leave i spilled two of my drinks in the car. I went down to ask for replacement, they said it was not their fault and they cannot replace the drinks. Doesn’t make sense, it was a drive thru. Poor customer service..
