After sales service is absolutely NON existent.

I don't know how this place is still open. Literally 20 staff just standing there and when you actually need assistance they tell you go use the computer to make an order. And on top of that they literally have nothing in stock. Ridiculous.

Great customer service in-store and online experience was great with the highest quality of delivery too!

Went in to purchase a laptop...not one single person even bothered to help me but anyone else that walked in was addressed. I was in the store for a half hour searching through the laptops before I left. I ended up purchasing the same laptop somewhere else for cheaper and

I was quite surprised by what selection was on offer. With having an account, we typically order what is needed and, on this day, snuck out the office for a look.

Clean well organized layout. Employees allow you to shop without bothering you, but at the same time they're close, and ready to give you a hand/information on their products and services they can provide to you.

My mother Lynn Marchand has had a handful of computer emergencies and has asked me to write a review for Melissa of the technical support counter at this Staples location. In July of 2021 Melissa assisted my mom recover her data after a computer crash and install necessary programs which were lost. After purchasing a new laptop from Staples in February of 2022 after a power surge, Melissa assisted my mother in setting it. She helped to transfer her files from the fried hard-drive to the new one. Melissa was kind, patient and supportive throughout. My mum had a lot of questions and Melissa made sure to answer all of them in a friendly and professional manner. Thank you so much for taking such good care of your customers! Your excellent serve is so appreciated.

My last visit is for: Passport photos for 3 family members, letter size document envelope & document shipment to Edmonton.The store manager charged me with $44+tax tracked parcel shipment, despite my request of tracked Document shipment. FYI I've been sending same document every year by CND post or Purolator, which cost me between $17 - 22+tax of tracked Document shipment, Not their tracked package shipment.Over the cash counter i requested for separate receipt of Fedex & the same manager raised her voice saying: you still have to pay for that".Ofcourse I'm paying for all but why she had to shamed her customer by raising voice as if like I'm refusing to pay...Asking separate receipt & refusing to pay are 2 different things.I didn't even say a word when she charged me with package shipment instead of document shipment.Its a nightmare experience for me. won't be coming anymore.On the other hand

Nice selection of office supplies, and quick printing services. Plenty of staff available if you need assistance. You can check item availability online before heading to the store if you're looking for something specific.Staples Brand items seem good quality for a low price; specifically printing paper, folders, and binders. I have a hard time walking out of here without buying more pens.
