Got home, order was wrong.. no fries.. and to top it off burnt Chicken.. I am not sure how the chicken got burnt.. but it should have never been put in the box..

We were told the fries we ordered were replaced with gravy but the receipt and the person I confirmed with otherwise, poor attitude

My husband ordered a 2 piece and a 3 piece gets it home and it is 2 -2pieces they don't answer the phone when you call I mean how hard is it to count to 3. Believe me when I go there they are going to hear it from me. KFC Brooks needs people that care about their job not just the money then they wouldn't gave any complaints.

First I want to apologize to the staff working around 8 pm on the 5th of February. I had received my order in full, but due to a miscommunication am error was made on our part. We had returned to collect our missing salads" but discovered in embarrassment our mistake. Your service was good

It's-34 and I wanted something to warm me up .. the meal was fast, fresh and hot!! Service was good. Food was delicious. I would not hesitate to go back to this one. Yup, that was good!

Stopped here tonight. Usually their food is ok. However, I ordered a chicken tender burger tonight and it was disgustingly salty and the fries were cold and soggy. I threw out the meal. A complete waste of $12.

Had a 3 piece combo meal and the chicken was t fresh ant the fries were rewarmed. Wasn't good at all
