I cannot believe these guys, they made us wait in the cold when they have the entire building free. Both securities standing to greet are very unprofessional. Terrible experience. Finally, when we got inside after waiting so long, they will try their best to convince us to do this online. LOL, seriously?? Is that why we waited all this time.At least let old women and men inside when conditions are bad. Very terrible.

Very friendly service,from the time we entered until we left .Very helpful,not sure of the gentleman's name who was at the counter but he was phenomenal and amazing customer service.

Applied first time passport for fmly of 3. Agent was super efficient. We were out in 45min including wait time. received passport in 6 working days for regular processing.

Save yourself the trouble and go to a real passport office, the senior citizen staff they got working behind the counter (not reception or security) are just as incompetent as they are old. I went there followed their instructions to the T and then they would complain about the most asinine things and refuse to accept my application.I took the same application to a real passport office and not only did they accept it but the representative actually laughed when I told him why they wouldn't accept it. Save yourselves the trouble, gas and headache and either mail it in or just go to a different office.

They can accept your general passport application; they can accept your lost & stolen form; they can take payment on the passport application but not the lost & stolen form. It would have been appreciated if the agent could have told me this, and I could go to Passport Canada’s office or called to make a payment online. It’s been over 140 days trying to get a passport. The person I talked to kept deflecting their fault by saying they’re not Passport Canada but still do Passport services (not a good argument). This could all been avoided if the original agent had just say, “the fee for the lost & stolen form has to be done directly through Passport Canada.” If you take my money the first time, I'm under the assumption that everything is paid.Update: I went to the Service Canada in Fredericton and they didn’t understand why Moncton wasn’t able to process my payment there. Plus, they had to manually add my fee because it suppose to be added on the spot. It shows that this Service Canada in Moncton is extremely incompetent. Just go to Fredericton, yes it is a 2 hour drive, but the service is 1000x better.
