The staff at DQ are exceptional, every time I go through the drive-through I consistently get a really positive experience with very professional staff. Great work all around, it's rare to find such consistency and professionalism.

Asked for a plain burger for my daughter and they loaded it. Other than that they're awesome there. Too bad DQ is too expensive or we would go more often.Thank goodness for coupons.

Been here a dozen times over the past year. Every. Single. Time. The food is cold. Sometimes the food looks like a bomb went off. The cheese is never melted. They're adamant that they make the food fresh, I've never experienced fresh. Like it's pretty hard to screw up a burger. They managed to do it every single time.

I’ve tried it once and watched reheat my burger in a microwave, disgusting. Went back couple months later to give it another try same thing. I ask the kid at the window if they just re heat burgers from the day, he said no. I watched it happen. They need to fix things, they do have cold treats, but the hot eats are horrible.

This is definitely the best DQ I've ever been too. You don't get this great of service in the city. There is something about small town places they always treat you a little better. Friendly staff, clean store. I will for sure come back soon
