Black Line Studio

Really good experience getting 2 ear piercings with Anna. She helped me pick out studs and gave me her advice on spacing the piercings. I was so pleased with the results! I took a couple of the cleansers they recommended and was happy with the sanitation in the studio. They have a good range of more affordable piercing jewellery so while the costs add up, I was able to control to what degree, unlike another studio I went to that was requiring a jewellery purchase of at least $200 and up. Booking the appointment took some tenacity but I understand they ask for info up front to prevent no-shows. Would go here again.

I have been looking around to find the right tattoo shop/artist and I didn’t expect it would be that hard. I contacted so many of them and most of the shops were delaying my appointment just because I wanted to get a 3 inches tattoo. Well, that’s when I found black line studio and my research was over. I will go back again and again and refer anyone I know. Their communication was fast and efficient (called me and booked me the same day). I worked with Dakota, an amazing artist who was very professional and passionate about art.They treat all customers fairly, regardless the size of their tattoo preference. Other shops will assist only people who will give them something bigger to work.

I’ve been to Black Line Studio twice for piercings and had a perfect experience both times. I’m a relatively anxious, indecisive person, and both Anna and Meghan helped me with my choices and made me feel at ease. Anna, the piercer, is super skilled, knowledgeable, and efficient. She fixed a wonky piercing I had done at another studio over a year ago and it’s healing perfectly. She also has a calming presence, which I really appreciated. Meghan at the front desk is a really lovely human being. They also have an amazing selection of jewelry and great email communication, which is why I went to them in the first place. I already have a third appointment booked :)

My friend and I at the last minute decided to get piercings together and stumbled on this studio. I wasn’t sure what we were getting ourselves into. But what a find!! What was supposed to be a piercing each turned into two for me and three for her. We just LOVED the jewelry selection. Ana was very very patient with us and helped us pick the right pieces. She also was so quick and gentle. Everything about this experience was 10/10. I can’t wait to go back. Thanks Ana I love my piercings!

First time at the studio and it was an amazing experience! I felt so welcomed the moment I went in. Reception was wonderful and very informative about aftercare. Lara was my tattoo artist and she is by far the best tattoo artist ever! All of my tattoos are done by her and she’s amazing. I got my nose piercing jewelry changed at the studio and my experience was really good! The piercing artist was so lovely and made me feel very comfortable (I was clearly afraid to get it changed). She also helped me pick the best jewelry for me and was super-super patient! <3 I'm definitely going back to get another piercing done! P.s: the staff at the desk is also so gentle and welcoming. I had a great experience at the studio.

I had a cover tattoo done a few years back and it is still my favorite tattoo. Although over the hours the pain increased, Lorena was amazing at keeping me laughing. I love my piece of art and wear it proudly. Can’t wait for my next visit!

My person experience was bad. I waited over 2 hours after my appointment time to even get started. I had sent in all the information and drawing of my tattoo. Everything they asked I had sent in. Still over 2 hours waiting. I got a hand tattoo and had to sign a waver saying I agree to no free touch ups. Well my 1000 dollar tattoo had so much ink loss its almost unrecognizable. Now I'll have to pay an enormous amount again to have it touched up. I think the studio is nice and the staff was nice, but it's over priced and I feel scammed. I'd look into another shop. That's just my experience with Blackline.

have gotten a variety of services here (my first tattoo + a variety of piercings) and have always gotten great service! workers are very kind and willing to help you figure out what will look best with your anatomy. great experience and 10/10 would recommend :)
