Two of Hearts Clothing

I really like the store, they have great local products, absolutely beautiful and unique. However, when I was about to buy a beautiful necklace, there were two slightly different ones but with to different chain lengths. Since they were labeled in inches and I am not used to that measures but in cm, I just couldn't really choose the best size because the owner didn't allow me to see the necklaces out of their paperboard, so I couldn't really be sure about their length. He just pointed where in the chest they were supposed to hang. I then just chose the model I liked the most, but it turned out to be too long. I would even have preferred the other one 2 inches shorter even if that one was not my preferred model only for the chain size, but I just didn't have opportunity to properly choose. Once at home I was able to look into the jewelry brand website itself and figure out that I could order the same necklace and choose the chain length for the same price. Now I have to buy another shorter chain after having paid CAD$60.

Great owners and beautiful designed clothing! I love that they carry local artists/designers products as well. Definitely stop here if you’re in town.

My mom bought a pair of earrings from this store. She took them out of the bag on the way out of the store so she could wear them but one of them broke. We went back to the store straight away and they gave us another pair, which then broke again a few days later! My mum is from out of town and had to go out of her way to go back to the store and try to get a refund for the broken earrings. When she went back to return them they wouldn’t let her have a refund and she was pressured to buy other items instead as an exchange! Appalling customer service.

I love this shop. I’ve been shopping here for a couple of years now. The styles are great, different and very cute. It’s a nice change from all the cookie cutter fashions one sees in the malls. The prices are reasonable as well. I will support a small, local business that sells quality products over a big retailer every time. This shop is absolutely worth checking out.

This lovely store have fashionable, well-made, and beautiful clothes at reasonable prices. I visited the place before and I had a nice shopping experience. I was able to find cute and interesting outfits that piqued my interest. The customer service was by far the most impressive aspect of the store. The variety that were offered here has exceeded my expectations too!

Two of Hearts is my favourite clothing store in all of Vancouver! They carry clothes designed by the shop's owner and other Canadian brands (and non-Canadian ones too). The clothes in the store are stylish, well-made, and versatile. They had fun clothes that appealed to me when I was a student in my 20s, and now their clothes are the backbone of my professional wardrobe.But...the best part of the store is the service! Jenny curates a beautiful selection of clothes that she knows inside and out. If you're in the store when it's quiet, Jenny will spend time helping you choose clothes and find styles that look great on your body! Over the years, she has spent countless hours helping me choose the right pieces to build my wardrobe.

Such a lovely locally owned and operated shop. The owner is a very talented designer and she designs and sews their in-house brand CiCi right there on site. It’s such a great deal and when ordering online, the order is carefully shipped directly from their 1986 West 4th Vancouver where it’s made. So, if you want/need your local, you have to go and support her, the local jewelry makers and their cat artwork is pawesome. They told me that this year will be their boutiques 10th Year Anniversary. BEST LOCAL SHOP EVER!!

I've been very happy with the selection at Two of Hearts and it's become my main go-to" place for my wardrobe. Style and size options are trendy for both work and casual...I'm in my 50's and petite and there's a lot clothes that fit perfectly without alterations which is fantastic. But

Ordered online with two of hearts looking at CICI's clothing, I received my tracking number that said my order was shipping from HONG KONG, was alarmed so I called the two of hearts location. OWNER advises she is aware of fraud happening but has not reported to the police or better business bureau. Disgusting the amount of disregard you have for compromising peoples debits and credit cards. Your website links the exact website that you claim is fraudulent it makes absolutely no sense.. appalled and disappointing that this is coming from a store in Vancouver which is my home. you should take more pride in your business.
