Best customer service in my opinion at any Jerusalem, Shawarma! Friendly, and willing to customize your order… On this rainy day, they offered me a complementary, sweet tea and baklava. Made my day! My favourite to go lunches in Calgary

Got the chicken shawarma plate, soo good. The chicken is flavorful, the rice is cooked perfectly and tastes amazing. The garlic sauce for the potatoes could be eaten by the spoonful. And the baklava is also very good! Love the atmosphere in here any time I come in.

The mixed plate is HUGE!! Easily enough for two people. And it's so good. The place was busy when I went to pick up my food and the gentleman I spoke to still had a big smile on his face and joked around with me a bit.

Jerusalem Shawarma is the only place I get shawarma from anymore; their food is always excellent, the people are great, and I can confidently say I have NEVER had a bad experience at any of the locations throughout the city.This particular location has an excellent atmosphere (the music perhaps a touch too loud, which makes interaction a bit difficult); I love the beautiful & intricate tiles placed along the walls, and the hanging lights are perfect - they make me smile just seeing them!Customer service is exceptional and the staff are polite and welcoming. I'm not frequently in this part of the city, but this will be where I come back to when I am!

They run a very tight operation and the food was exceptional. I always prefer going to places where the people seem happy and are enjoying their jobs. These guys were running around, so in sync with each other and smiles on their faces. They also came down the line and handed out samples of some amazing tea while we waited.

This is one of my favourite place in Calgary. I love most of the Branches in city. Somehow quality of foods here seems different from other locations. Need to focus on improvement. Still love the foods they offer.

A very friendly staff prepared for me the best and most beautiful BBQ dish ever. They really amazed me with what they prepared. It was a really beautiful and wonderful dish. They have great service, delicious falafel, and delicious Palestinian tea. When you come to them, they serve you a piece of falafel dipped in hummus with a wonderful cup of tea. The amazing service ❤️
