I had an appointment for grooming, I wish I never went there.I don’t know what they did to my dog but as you can see in the pictures one of his eyes is bloody.So terrible and unbelievable.Please don’t go there for grooming!!!!

I will never go back to this store ever again! I ordered on line some Sr cat food and they sent me 2 heavy Rabbit food instead! We carried them all the way to this store and the girl at the cash refused to accept them ! As she said this is not the store issue , it is pet smart customer service issue and she wa she rude and not helpful at all. I hope store manager read this review as she is not a good person to deal with customers (skinny short hair with nose ring) we left the bags there as I didn't want to carry them back!

One of my most favourite PetSmart when it come to adoption!! I got both of my babies from this location when they have the adoption week collab with Toronto Cat Rescue.All of the TCR cats are sprayed / neutured and healthy with vaccine up-to-date so Im always have a peace of mind when adopt my baby from them & Petsmart.Everyone from this location was super nice, they always help us from tip to toe everytime we come here for advice - especially during my first week of adopted my 1st baby back in 2020.Great selection of pet’s foodsThey don’t have fishes or reptiles section at this location.

WORST customer service for grooming. The staff was rude, impatient, and don’t care about the pets and the customers. The staff was impatiently and didn’t really explain anything about the process, it seems like they just want to get off work or they don’t need more customers in the store. Please hire someone who truly cares about pets instead of someone who just there and do nothing.

Wide selection of toys and essentials for dogs, cats, and fish. Would come here often. Super friendly and kind staff as well. I didn’t have a very pleasant experience with the grooming staff last time but I think she just had a bad day.

I understand today is July 1, Canada Day. However Google indicated that the King St Store was open today until 9pm. Drive from miles away as we are in need of cat food, only after parking down in the dungeon of this complex, and having to now make our way on foot to get back up to street level, walk all the way down King St to the front door, only to be greeted with the sign that says Closed Canada Day. Not amused!!

I don’t know if this location is at fault but all I can say is that I will never place an order to be shipped to a downtown address ever again. Every time I place an order it stays in limbo “being processed”- this time for over a week - even made a call - to have PetSmart cancel the order. I had already went to my local store and bought the items and delivered it myself. The poor dog would have starved waiting for the order.PetSmart - let’s get serious with your order fulfilment by having a central warehouse.

The store itself is alright. Staff are very friendly. The expectations of their grooming though is very iffy. The bather and groomer were very friendly but what they offered for their “holiday special” add on was pretty much just a money grab from the company. Sanitary, paw pad and face trimming were included they did 1.5/3 things. Half of the coupon book that was included expired December 31, 2022! Just 10 days left to use.. for $120+ for just a bath and brush and use of their “premium” products. Not worth it at all.And the treat they apparently used throughout the grooming were those highly processed, high carb cardboard cookies they usually sell at the front cash. Absolutely not the healthiest thing to feed your dog.I’ll be returning to the store for the odd treat bag (although the majority of their treats are pretty trash), clothing and toys. But will not be back for their grooming.Stars are for their friendly staff.

Staff denied my dog a groom due to mats as they did not have/could not use the needed tools. that i understand, what i don’t understand is no one telling me if you cannot feel growth under the mat they cannot groom. i took the day off work and paid to uber there all for them to turn me away. this policy should have been shared with me when i called to tell them he was matted and when i told them he was matted on the appointment confirmation call. waste of my time and staff was pretty condescending, “there are mats and then there are MATS”. I already felt bad and they made me feel worse!

Will never go back. Refused service for a simple nail trimming for my pup. Wouldn’t let me open a profile or get her nails done quickly.
