Do not waste your time going into this place. Extremely poor service from a worker there. Just wanted to ask simple questions, and was treated with complete disregard as if I was wasting here time.

Kristen has been so helpful. She was prompt returning emails, had a lot of great recommendations. She helped us with everything for our upcoming trip, so glad to have someone with experience and a wealth of knowledge to assist us in planning our trip!

Ok to start, Elaine our agent was great before the trip but after we were evacuated from Guardalavaca Cuba because of hurricane Irma,,,we heard nothing from her, everyone we had met down there had had phone calls or emails from their agents to make sure that they got out and were safe...We did not, I called the next day and got an Elaine who seemed somewhat surprised that i was calling her in the first place...so just so you know GOLIGERS we made it home safe,,,THANKS
