Awesome service. No issues picking up or dropping off. Have rented twice in 8 weeks will rent from them again

They miss lead you that they are at the airport. No phone number was on my reservation to know who to call for shuttle. Once I called for shuttle it took over an hour to be picked up. We needed to drop off early at 5 am and they were closed so there wasn’t a shuttle back to airport. It was not a great experience. Nothing wrong with the vehicle just second rate service and mislead advertisement on Priceline.

The service is amazing. The staff are nice and helpful and really pleasant to work with. The vehicle worked great. The whole experience was nice and stress free. Highly recommended for everyone who comes to Vancouver and need a rental car.

Fair price, helpful service compared with big companies! The only one problem for me was that I expected to pick up my car directly from the airport ( the office is about 6 km from) and I had to catch a taxi! Same things for dropping off!

Great service and at a competitive price. They dropped us off at the airport after our return, and offered to pick us up too for next time. All their staff were very friendly and efficient. Would definitely rent from them again

When I called them to inform Nectar that I will be a little late, they told me that I had 30 minutes to pick up the car or my reservation is cancelled, and they did cancel it because I would have arrived 45 minutes after the reservation time. They told another frustrated renter that they cancel a reservation 60 minutes after a no-show". Two rules for two renter

Save your money and do not rent from here. Rent a car from the airport. My rental car was keyed in downtown Vancouver. I did purchase the insurance. There damage wavier includes a $2500 deposit. The damage was not bad. I am sure it would not cost much to get the damage buffed out. They kept my $500 dollar deposit. Charged me another $500. This was on top of the $600 I paid to rent the car for the week. They told me they would refund me the difference once the car was repair. I doubt they are even going to rent the car because as I was waiting for over 20 minutes for them to drive me to the airport they were getting the car ready to rent out to another person. It has been over a month and still have not heard from them. Save your money rent a car somewhere else.
