I couldn't even fix my computer, and when I canceled my membership, I had to pay a cancelation fee. Not a good place to be honest

Came to our house but couldn't fix the problem. We had to take it to Best Buy. They told us it was ready but when we got it home, the sound and the CD drive weren't working. Geek Squad Tech on line tried to resolve it but couldn't fix the problem. Had to bring it back to the store again and they finally fixed the computer. Should have been totally tested before we picked it up the first time.

I went in with a smashed surface pro having been paying monthly for the full geek squad warranty. I was helped by three employees named Grant, and Moushir and unfortunately I did not get the other employees name. All three of them went above and beyond to ensure I had a replacement as soon as possible because I was in midterm season. Overall an amazing experience.

Awful service. Stood in line for half an hour looking at a bunch of very disinterested and lazy looking people. I finally left with my 82 year old father as they didn’t seem interested in doing any business.

I have had coverage for over 8 yrs with Geek Squad with older phones and pay $14.69 a month for warranty and the first time I have claim they tell me that there will be a $200 something service fee. I cancelled my membership, very disappointed

Bought the service to put the screen protector and during the first 30 minutes the guy was so bad he was not able to finish the job, worst than that he needed to get another screen protector since the one he was putting had too many bubbles. After 20 more minutes on his second attempt, he just gives me my new phone (Google Pixel 7 Pro) with some bubbles. Took 50 minutes for their absolutely pathetic service, still some bubbles on my screen, and $10.Absolutely not worth it. Don't go there
