Rayacom Kelowna

Really top notch service, value, and product quality. I was hesitant to switch providers because I was all set up with another print company but Leighan and the crew at Rayacom made my life easy. The best print company in town that I've used. I love how they keep me up to date with the progress of things, and my orders are always accurate. Keep up the good work!

It's with a heavy heart that I give this rating. The ear buds are great, work really well, and rhats why i give the second star. I've used Raycon for years. I lost my last set (as it happens) and decided to upgrade to the new sport" edition. I made the decision to get a new set in hopes that I would have ear buds for my vacay that was coming up. Thus

We had an awesome experience with Rayacom Kelowna - we ordered a large set of business cards and somewhere along the way an oversight was made and there was a small mistake on them. The awesome staff at Rayacom was very helpful, and immediately printed us a new set on rush order. We will definitely be using their services again!

Awful slow service! They lost track of our order after we paid for it and dealt with a week of delayed responses for just 1 run of posters. They would not give the order to my company representative and so we were unable to get them out by the deadline. I don't recommend this place at all! Never using them again.

My first review was more of a rant. So I decided to delete and rewrite. I will start by saying when I first started using Rayacom Kelowna back in 2020 they were very good. George and Natasha were great to deal with, quick to respond and answer questions, efficient good with organization and follow up. Fwd three years and this place has become a place of unanswered emails, and horrible communication, constant delays, literally ghosting you (I have dozens of unanswered emails to prove this. ) Plus you can no longer call a human it goes to an automated system and then it does not allow you leave a message. I have no problem with the quality of the prints here don't get me wrong, they are the cheapest in Kelowna for small print etc. I have since relocated to the city and I would have like to continue to do business with them, but the lack of communication has forced me to say I will never use them again, even if I have to pay double elsewhere. It is extremely disappointing and I feel they have treated me poorly. I am not bashing all Rayacoms, the one in Vancouver is amazing to deal with!!! I never have to ask for a proof it is automatically sent the same day if not within an hour, and the print times are so fast and efficient and they are super amazing to deal with! they even answer emails and they answer the phone!! go figure? I really hope the staff in Kelowna takes a listen because small business is a dying breed and its the customer service that keeps your business going. You all need to do better, the way you have treated me is unacceptable. I have spend thousands of dollars and sent many customers to you as well over the years.

My company recently switched to Rayacom for printing all of our training manuals. I couldn't be happier with the decision! Leighan has been a dream to work with and the quality is excellent. They even crushed out a VERY quick order for us when a client rescheduled last minute. Thanks for making everything so easy! Looking forward to working with you guys for a long time.
