My favourite restaurant in Kamloops by far. Love the staff and prices. The build your own meal aspect is fantastic for stir fries and you have to add rice. Best sauces are ginger, oyster, garlic, sesame and a bit of soy. Ask your teriyaki be cooked into the stir fry and add some peanuts. Can’t go wrong.

I visited Hoja for the first time today and the customer service was exceptional. My order was made by Naman who recommended his favourite sauces since I was a bit confused on which ones to add. He even told me I could come back to get the order adjusted if it wasn't to my liking and I wanted more sauce. The food was good and is customizable to your preference. Price is a bit on the high side, I paid $18.57 for the items below, other than that 10/10 recommend!

The food was good the last time I went there. But this last time I came here my experience was awful. The food was very small portion and they had very bad attitudes didn't seem very friendly the employees were really rude. I probably won't be trying it for awhile. I'll post an update next time I try it again.

I got the built your own stir fry for $13.95 which I thought is pretty pricey for a mall food but there's not that much choices. They now have a policy that they get to charge you $2.00 $4.00 and $6.00 if you go over a certain weight so what is the point of giving us a bowlto fill it and then at the end ask us for an additional money if we go over. You might as well charge per gram in advance. It is not fair that we already paid and then pay again. Definitely not coming back, FYI we were only over by 15grams...

Took a day before writing the review to make sure it was not my fault, So I am a vegetarian and requested the chef if he can change the spatula as he was making food with Meat with those spatulas. The response was MAM I AM DOING IT THIS TIME

They were disorganized and forgot which one was ours. Friend's noodles were a little burnt. Food is meh, downtown location is much better.

The food was excellent . but the portions too small especially for what you pay.. Which is alot in my opinion. I spent for two people what I would have spent at a nice restaurant and we had so little to eat that we walked away... Hungry.. Never going back. Sticker shock compared to portions just not right in my opinion.

The food was ok. You create the meal yourself, picking the ingredients. I didn't feel as if it was cooked long enough though as the broccoli and carrots were cool. Fast service and fresh looking ingredients. I would eat here again.
