We had excellent work performed by Canpos. They repaired our leaky flat roof over the front hall and front porch. They were efficient, cost effective and started even earlier than originally planned. The team of workers are conscientious, courteous, careful and cleaned up so well after. It was a three-day project involving removal of the existing roof, replacement of the rotted wood substructure, placement of a new membrane, reinstallation of skylights, and upgrading the adjacent trim and shingles. They fully completed the work without interruption. The team of three workers were very pleasant to deal with, and sensitive to the disruption of our home. There were no unexpected problems. The final cost was exactly as expected, and it appeared reasonable based on other quotations we had received. We had been waiting for more than a year for other contractors. Mel and his crew delivered well! We felt confident using them because they had provided good service to three other neighbours in our area. I heartily endorse his services.

Expertly done and a pleasure to work with Mladen and his team. He quoted accurately; there were no creaping costs; he stuck to the timelines and even finished earlier than anticipated considered there were two days the team was rained out. The siding has given our house a much needed facelift. Along with the professional workmanship, the team were polite and very conscientious and they cleaned up each evening so well that you would not know they had been working all day. Long overdue review. Mladen and his team did new siding, trim, fascia, down spouts, all exterior work. Day and night difference and excellent quality. Would highly recommend. Polite, understanding, not pushy whatsoever.

Mel and his team recently replaced our gutters / alurex and downspouts, and faced our wooden fascia with custom aluminum. The quotation for the work was fair, compared to some of the other quotes we received. The work was very high quality, was all done on time, and Mel showed great attention to details and finishes. The worksite was left as clean as possible each day, and the whole crew were polite, pleasant and caring of our property and house. A pleasure to deal with, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Excellent job!! From the first contact with Mladen, I found him to be quite friendly, professional & knowledgeable in the siding project we hired him to do. Mladen & his workers were prompt, clean in performing the job also in a timely manner, overall great workers. Our home loves beautiful!
