When my much-loved RMT of 10 years left the province, I moped around for months (okay, a couple of years), refusing to even look for a new RMT.While I missed treatments, it allowed me time to research, gather recommendations, and in my case, meet Tatiana in person, for an unrelated, shared passion - African violets!Tatiana’s kind, calm, and knowledgeable manner became very apparent after meeting her a few times and I knew that I had found my new RMT.I am so pleased to have found Tatiana and Healthy Choice Massage Therapy clinic. I have a variety of health issues, including stage IV metastatic cancer, and feel completely confident in my RMT. She is extremely knowledgeable while continuing to be guided by the patient. The time on the table flies by, and I return home not only with ‘homework’ and post massage instructions, but also feeling that my goals were met.The clinic itself is quite easy to get to, despite me living in the east end of Ottawa (Orleans). It is right off the Queensway, and has parking in the back. I tend to enter the building from a back door, and must go up a half flight of stairs. I have never tried from the front of the building, but assume that there is an elevator.

Great experience with Sarthak. I have been consistently seeing him for months as he is well experienced, knowledgeable and resolved areas of muscle pain that other RMT professionals have not been able. Appreciate his accessible work hours and professional demeanor.

Tatiana is a very educated and gifted RMT. I have some spinal cord damage and she is doing truly remarkable sensory work. I am quite sure that she is helping me develop new neural pathways. After lot of research online, I chose Health choice Massage Therapy and met Sarthak who was my massage therapist! I explained him that my lower back issue is ongoing and did the best I would say as he targeted the muscles and did deep massage which relieved me from the pain! Frankly the effect of massage was there for three days and later I was relieved completely where I was suffering for months due to heavy physical workload at my workplace in E-commerce! I am fortunate that I visited this place during mid of December and my body was all set by Christmas! I have taken extended 90 min massage therapy session to relax my muscles and targeted pain relief. I am extremely happy that I am free from pain, I highly recommend Sarthak to anyone looking for a massage therapy specialist! I wish I know him earlier and this place so that I wouldn't have suffered all these months! I truly appreciate him for his expertise!

Healthy Choice Massage Therapy is amazing!! I was recently in an accident and Guevorg has helped me recover from that and more!! The staff are very kind and thoughtful and always making sure you are comfortable and really do an amazing job!! 10/10 would recommend even if you haven’t been in an accident or anything along those lines, it’s worth it!!
