the only store on Avenue Rd thats still curbside pick up only, apparently its due to renovations" although its been over a year. They dont have the proper payment terminals either

A wide variety of high quality and reliable products and exceptional in-house knowledge. We've been going to this location since 2013 and have always deeply trusted Rosemarie's guidance, and it has served our dogs wonderfully. Highly recommended.

Absolutely mind blowing that I couldn’t go into the store, she jumped at me at the door like I had 6 heads, takes your card in some plastic contraption to pay!!! Btw that is highly suspect like you cannot take my card out of my view and have me waiting outside! I totally regret giving my business to this location when my gut was telling me turn around and go! What a joke, are people still playing pandemic it’s almost 2023 and no other store anywhere is doing this! It’s a bit psychotic imo

Stay aware from this store. The store owner is unfriendly. They overcharge and treat people terribly. Go to Avenue Pets across the road.

Very unprofessional service. Be aware that they are only doing curb side pickup. With this you are only allowed to pay cash or tap your debit/credit card which they take inside, they do not have a portable terminal machine. This does not make sense if they don’t allow in store shopping and they are keeping so many restrictions. INVEST in the proper equipment if you’re going to offer this service only. How do I pay if my card can’t tap over $100?!

Good customer service and good prices. In store support is very good. A bit pricey but still pretty good. Overall a good spot if your looking to get supplies for your pets.

It was a snowy day and the cashier stopped everyone at the door, not letting anyone browse the store. When I asked for an item that would usually be stocked in this store, the cashier stated they did not have that item (without even checking).I will not be coming back to this location.

Very disappointed in this store.Fails at following their hours of operation, (I had to wait outside for almost 15mins) & also still curb-side pick up due to “Renovations”… for over a year. If they continue with this, I will give my money to another Global Pet Foods…
