Steve arrived exactly on time and was friendly. He was very helpful installing our new vanity and the faucet works well. The fact that our new toilet came packaged with the wrong gasket did not help the toilet installation process but that had nothing to do with Steve or Waterline. Steve set is up as best as he could and we’re following up with the toilet manufacturer. When the right part arrives, we wouldn’t hesitate to call in Waterline again.

I highly recommend Pink Plumbing (formerly Waterline Plumbing) based on my excellent experience with them. They quickly identified and fixed the long-standing issues with my gas heater, going above and beyond my expectations. Atilla, the technician, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service. They are really reliable and provided an exceptional service, couldn't recommend them more.

We have used Waterline for many years. Alex has done the near impossible of expanding his business while maintaining the personal touch. All work is done on time, when promised, and at a fair price. Steve, who has worked in our home on many occasions, does top quality work. He is personable and always explains what he did so there is no confusion. We feel lucky to have such a great company in our neighbourhood.

We've now worked with Pink Plumbing and Steve Laurendeau in particular twice and have been very satisfied on both occasions. Steve is professional and very knowledgeable and seems to make easy work of whatever issue you bring to him.Lisa, the person who answers the phone and books appointments/reschedules them is also great! Steve and Atilla came to install two new toilets, move one toilet to another bathroom and take away two toilets. They were professional, quick, quiet and respectful. Highly recommend! Responsive, great communication, great customer service. Ati had a difficult and complicated task in trying to figure out how to connect a waterline to my new fridge. He completed the job efficiently and neatly. Great attention to detail.The next day, just by chance, my dishwasher stopped working. I was worried it had something to do with the work done. Ati offered to come in during the weekend to look at it but I was okay washing dishes by hand for a few days! Anyways, it turned out the issue was caused by debris clogging up existing pipes. Ati replaced the valve and hose and resolved the problem. He even waived his call out fee and just charged me his hourly rate! Thank you so much Ati! You will always have my business!
