Two children were dropped off by driver on ave C north today. The children did not have a parent and stood in the same spot crying their eyes out for 25 min till their parents arrived. Not ok first student bus driver man.

Worked for this company as a bus driver for 2.5 years, with 2 of those years also working as a trainer. I enjoyed learning how to drive a school bus safely as the training portion was top notch. The trainers are extremely patient and know what they are doing with candidates. I learned valuable skills from these amazing trainers. I enjoyed training candidates how to drive a school bus too.Management on the other hand chooses to get rid of any person at this company that brings a recommendation forward (such as management taking the 1.5 week training course) that goes against how they want to run the company. The management rarely interact with drivers in the yards to address any concerns and address safety issues. Trainers, who are also part of the safety team used to be able to talk to other drivers and help with safety issues or concerns, were told to not confront drivers and to only bring the issue to the safety supervisor and that person would deal with the drivers. Management have no experience with school buses yet seem to think they know everything about a school bus. The direct management have not ever trained on a school bus nor have they ever obtained their school bus endorsement.The buses are old and breakdown frequently unless the driver continuously goes to the shop to get every little thing fixed which does take extra time out of their day since the majority of the time there is no spare buses and when there is, the spare bus is in even worse shape.Recruitment is another problem with this company. Unless the company is offering a cash bonus to apply and attend training, the applications have been very poor and lacking in judgement . Not everyone is cut out to drive a school bus nor learn to drive a school bus.This company could benefit and flourish from having management that have experience driving a school bus on a route, having management take care and retain the drivers who have been with the company for many, many years and have a updated fleet that drivers are required to upkeep to ensure all the buses are in great shape.

The supervisor on there aren't good.

Was with this company for 6 years. Saw 5 different LM's. Was given an amazing opportunity to succed and work with the company, couldn't advance due to athorititarian thinking. Managment didn't like free thinking or belief in keeping your own values and morals to uphold the already set out policies and procedures. Aka, if you are not a yes" "person"

Really great service helpful and great bus driver. I think his name was Gary and he had lots of conversation that was really interesting and made the ride fun, safe and you could tell he had years of exsperience. Definitely book with this company again to do my next business transportation.

You guys need to train your drivers on the rules of the road and also need to train them on how to drive so they can fit down a residential street.
