Town & Country Premium Carpet

I wont be using this company again. The clean was actually great, most big stains are still there, but he warned me that not all would be able to come out. He was knowledgeable and informative. But here is the issue. The communication was TERRIBLE. I scheduled for Dec 17. The night before I texted to confirm he was still coming, he responded hours later saying that it was too cold. Which is fine and understandable-the lack of communication in my opinion is super unprofessional. When I asked for clarification as to why he didn't let me know that in advance, instead of waiting for my text to confirm the clean. No response/answer. Only offer to reschedule. Since I had already done a lot of prep, but moving things and furniture, and being so close to Christmas I agreed, to Dec 20. He arrived an hour late. Clean was completed. When I initially talked to him he quoted $185. Figured this was pretty reasonable, and so I agreed to book. When I got the bill, what I realized is that he forgot to mention that it was 185 PER HOUR! So, I ended up paying 3x what he initially quoted me. Not sure if he saw a single mom, and decided to take advantage, or if this is a common business practice. However, wont be hiring this company nor recommending them to anyone. Ever.

Warren was immensely friendly and professional, he was able to work around my demanding schedule on short notice and do an excellent job on my carpets in timely fashion. If youre looking for reasonable price, quality and great service for carpet care, Town & Country will not disappoint!

Warren really knows what he is doing with getting stains out and getting carpets really clean. We have hired multiple times for different houses and never been disappointed. I have family members that have also hired him and have always been pleased with everything. Would definitely recommend him confidently!

Clean was okay but not the friendliest guy and a little snarky at times. Unnecessarily snarky. Very poor communication when it comes to conveying that price was $185/ hour not $185 for the entire clean as I was quoted in an email. I would have been okay paying the amount but perhaps a bit of discussion that the clean was going to cost more was warranted instead of being surprised by the bill at the end. Will not be using again.

Warren went above and beyond for us! Thank you so much for your awesome work. Came very highly recommended and surpassed our expectations by a long shot! We won’t be calling anyone else.

Warren is absolutely fantastic. This is a much differen experience than your typical carpet cleaning company. You can tell he truly cares and the results show. Highly recommend to anyone especially those with pet allergies
