ORLÉANS BREWING CO. – Orléans Brewing Co. | Launched in June 2016, OBC is Orléans’ first local micro-brewery with a full kitchen pairing food and beer. Finally got to try OBC today. Friendly staff, decent beers and delicious pretzels that came with 3 different & amazing homemade mustards!! We need to go back to try more food based on that & the smell coming from the outdoor wood burning oven! Only negative: seating. Not much in total and what there was on the ground floor was only hard metal stools while upstairs was too cramped for our current “social distancing” requirements. Discouraged us “older” types from staying longer but we’re planning on going back. :)

This review is based on a single visit but it was impressive. Beer was fantastic ( I had a sampler of their IPA'S) and the food was even better. Small menu, mostly Bistro/pub fare. This place is not fancy, the location is not that great, but I would say it is one of those places that flies under the radar until you visit and then you ask yourself why have I not been here before.We will definitely be back!

Unfortunately we don’t recommend OBC. When we walked in it smelled like old grease. As a result we decided to sit outside but the patio was a jumble of old tables with no chairs, and some picnic tables next to the dumpsters. No ambiance. Service was friendly but extremely slow — more than 10 mins for 2 beers when we were the only customers. The APA tasted off but the Kolsch was decent.

Want to thank Yann and the staff at OBC for a fantastic meal last night. The chicken burger was moist and well spiced. Not too much bun either, loved it. As a brewery they nailed that too. Their own Billy Bob amber was perfect, followed with espresso coffees and tequila - they know how to provide a great celebration. Thx Yann!

Honestly a great local East End Ottawa venue. Owners are present, bilingual, and fantastic - truly committed to every patron feeling welcome and well-served. Insane how much quality brew pub grub threw churn out from a tiny corner kitchen. A must stop, go check it out!

Love going to this place.Always a great selection of different types of beer. They like to experiment, so always something new to try too, if you like that.Their wheat beer and IPA are great standards.Like their beer, their menu has some interesting choices and changes regularly. The candied bucket of bacon on the left the picture, delicous.

I hate writing this review because I love supporting local business, but we were basically forgotten about while the tables around us received A+ service. Date night with the wife could have been a lot more enjoyable.Sorry guys - please use this to be better.
