Has all you need for anything fun. Nicole was very sweet and educated with products which is great. She also took time just to chat on the side which is very warming to the customer. Great store.

Called ahead to purchase a $500 item, to which I was told on the phone was $520 taxes in... I asked if item was new in box, and the manager" said that it was on display but brand new still. To me this means the box is on display... This product is an open box. When I arrived at the store I was fine with purchasing the open box unit

This place used to be dark and mediocre but it’s now a great, welcoming glass shop with cool band tees, jewellery/spacers and 420 products! Great selection, friendly staff w excellent knowledge of the products and even alternatives. Absolutely will shop here more now!! Super cute bowl pieces and bongs.

I love love love this Rock Universe in particular. Im from Mississauga but come to Milton because of the fantastic customer service I continue to receive from the manager Krista. I've never once had a problem with any employees or products from this store. She is very educated on everything in your store. Also the cleanest rock universe I have been in not even dust on the shelves! Thank you for everything

I bought a wooden smoking product last night, used it one time (literally) and the brass threaded part fell out rendering it useless. I went back in the next day. The girl was just leaving when I arrived so I was greated by a “back in 5 minutes” sign, and I waited patiently for her to come back. I showed her the item, and ahe noticed a small crack in the wood. She said “wood items aren’t really very durable.” One time use?? I have not droped or over tightend any part of (it wasn’t necessary to do that when I used it). I Just wanted to exchange it for something that did not have such an inherent weakness, and would happily pay the difference. I was told that there is no replacement or refund on any smoking products. She offered to sell me something else for 15% off. Most retail margins are at least 50% or more, (I used to manage stores for over 12 years) so buying anything else would still be profitable for them, and a straight out loss for me. No offer the send it back to distributor or anything. I said “unfortunately I can’t support a business that doesn’t stand behind their products” and left. It’s unfortunate because, I had received very friendly service otherwise, but that is pretty inexcusable. Most businesses do not operate this way.

Well established with plenty of variety to choose from. Simple location, staff are very direct, knowledgable and polite. The perfect one stop shop for all your smoking needs!

Typical pop culture multi-genre and MJ paraphaneilia store. Been in a few times to pick up quick gifts. Staff seem cool and helpful. Not very many stores like it around as compared to Queen street W or in other cities. Not bad.
