Great Service by Great People.Nice Selection of Frames and At Good Prices.Would Definitely Recommend New Wave Optical to Everyone.

Terrible place. The staff are rude and unprofessional. After paying for my eye check to get contacts the staff refused to give me my eye prescription. I would leave messages for the manager and she never got back to me. Emails or phone calls. This one time I emailed the staff and said I wanted to report the poor customer service I got, one of the girls pretended to be the manager, used her name in the email said she was there and when I called and came in the manager didn't recall any of it. The manager still didn't think to take anything seriously or the staff just didn't want to let her know how bad they are at their jobs. Waste of time and money. Don't bother going here

Staff is really nice. Manpreet Mavi attended us and she is very helpful. Sonu Pandher is also very nice and she explains things very nicely. I would recommend this place.

Huge selection of frames, and if they don't have it they can order it in for you. Employees gave me nice advice on what fits my face nicely and what looks good. Overall I think its a great shop and they definitely beat the prices from the bigger chains.

Was told no appointment necessary when we called to make appointment. Informed to walk in. Went today and was told you need appointment for eye test. No available appointment until end of October. Very unprofessional and lack of communication.

The staff are very nice and friendly, I've been to other glasses shops and by far New Wave Optical has given me the best experience, the staff are honest about what looks good. The prices are reasonable and they also have a wide variety of frames and sunglasses which other stores lack.
