Worst experience and service I had with Lebeau located in Lasalle. Had an appointment to get my 5 car windows tinted on Friday, May 14th at 9:00 am. I was promised all 5 windows would be completed before 12pm (If completed earlier, they would phone me). I returned at 12:15 pm, AND NOTHING ON MY CAR WAS DONE. When I asked the guy at the reception what happened and, he replied We are running late. The guy who is supposed to tint your windows is not here yet". The receptionist did not even think to call me within those 3 hours and inform me that the person in charge of tinting my windows was not even on site. I assumed all was well since the receptionist never called me. He did not apologize to me for the inconvience (given I took a day off from work to get this serivce)

Super friendly and helpful staff.I went to rent a Uhaul trailer and found out the morning of that the electrical part of the installation (done by Uhaul) wasn't working and so Uhaul couldn't rent the trailer to me for safety reasons.Even though it was covered under warranty, Uhaul didn't have anyone in that day to fix it.I tried a few places, but most garages either didn't do trailer hitch installations or the person who did wasn't in that day.I went to Lebeau and they kindly put one of their jobs on hold, fit me in, and quickly fixed the issue (even though they don't do hitch installations anymore), saving my move!Thanks Lebeau!

You wait about an hour to get your windshield chip repaired. The service was good and so was the repair.

Good service had a defective bug gard and there were no problem to change it gave me a other appointments..good people !

Easy, and integrated well with Belair. I didn't have to lay out any money, nor did I have to spend 2 hours on the phone with my insurance. Fast and friendly. You book your appointment online and your windshield is fixed in under an hour.

I want there for a chip in my windshield, I could bearly see the chip. The job was very fast done in the day.I want back there for destroyed window. The job was perfect and the service is really friendly. They did the tinted window perfectly, it match exactly the other windows. They clean everything perfectly, there is no more glass in the door or anywhere in the car.I recommend this place to anyone with window or windshield issues.

Amazing service. Paul is very kind.My window replacement is only in 2 days in a completely different location, he still managed to squeeze me in to cover the broken window with plastic.Amazing service! Very recommended.
