I believe photos speak 1000+ words. From beginning to end, the FlooReno team handled this project seamlessly and with top class. I visited this store for the first time today just to make a minor purchase of something I literally couldn't find anywhere else. I was so impressed! Excellent prices, excellent selection and most of all phenomenal customer service from Dustin who took the time to show me around the warehouse and explain what they offer. I am planning a larger project in the spring, and FlooReno will absolutely be the first place I visit for my materials.

In summary: we don't just recommend their services but we're only going to be using them for all future flooring needs.Hussein Mattar was our Project Manager and his professionalism from quoting/estimating to completion is exemplary; I remember meeting Kareem in the store in Mississauga when we went to select the floor. He was alone on that day handling multiple clients but not once did he rush any of us. This was our first ever renovation project and so there were some nerves on our end with respect to how everything should go. However, Hussein and his team are a no-fluff, solutions-oriented outfit that provided results. In projects like these, communication along with punctuality and professionalism are critical to quality and customer satisfaction; this team delivered on all 3.

Very impressed with the beautiful oak stairs installed by FlooReno in our new home! The installers showed up on schedule and finished the 2 sets of stairs within the promised 2-day timeframe. The work is impeccable! The staff was reliable and courteous! Excellent value! Absolutely recommended!

We just took possession of our new house and needed the floors done before our move. We shopped around a lot before getting referred to Flooreno by a friend. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. From Colleen, helped me pick out our floors in their store to setting us up with one of the best contractors we’ve had the pleasure to deal with (Rami, Huseein and Mo). Shawna and Robert at the mississauga location did a fantastic job with their customer service towards me. I had some issues with my order but they solved it for me. They have both retained me as a customer and turned an otherwise difficult experience into a good one. They are both amazing and Shawna was very understanding. Amazing contractors for laminate floor install. Great selection of products and wonderful staff. The sales associate was super polite and helpful with us picking a flooring to suit our style and needs. Esp. during COVID, they were still timely and provided video consults. The free estimate was also timely, accurate and fair. One of the best price for laminate + install + moving furniture service I found in GTA. I'm in a condo, and there were so many rules/difficulties with booking the elevator, securing parking, storing my furniture, time of day for work, etc - but the floor installer at FlooReno dealt with it all wonderfully and did a fantastic job with the condo. Professional and kind service. Will contract again. Flooring in pic: vinyl. Colour is Avalanche - Boardwalk Series. Thanks!
